This dealership was top notch.

This dealership was top notch. I called in for an Audi Q4 and Julian picked up and was completely attentive from beginning to end. He was so great, relatable, helpful and accommodating. I explained my situation and he made it happen. The manager was so nice as well and the Finance Manager, Nia, was an absolute angel. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and a lot of Audis and this was by far my best experience!! I love my new car and I would refer anyone to Rusnak Westlake and please go see Julian Avnieli. He was the most transparent car salesperson and just great all around!! 10 out of 10 experience!

Made a deal with a young salesman that was 19 years old

Made a deal with a young salesman that was 19 years old send all my information I live two and a half hours away I was on my way he calls me and lets me know that somebody else is making the deal with the same car that I wanted they said they can't hold the car I thought the deal was done they run my credit and I was on my way to pick up the car got off work early wasted my time with them and my gas beware of this dealership very shady Aldi can tell me is they can't hold a car I thought the deal was done and I was going to pick up the car all I got is wasted time and money

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased many cars in my life, and this was the first time I felt respected as a consumer. The sales man, Devon, was honest and transparent. I didn’t not get sold hidden fees or unnecessary items. Everyone from the sales manager to the finance manager was kind, respectful, and honest. Communication was as clear and fair. My only suggestion to the dealership is to provide snacks since you can be there for a few hours over the whole process. I will definitely be back for my next car.
