Rusnak/Westlake Audi

My overall experience at Rusnak, Westlake was amazing. All of the service people were extremely attentive and friendly. Chase did an amazing job with delivering the exact car that I wanted. We worked mostly over the phone and when I saw the car in person, I didn't even need to test drive it. I bought it right on the spot because I new that I was getting a great car from a great dealer. Thank you Chase, I will be sending clients your way!

CHASE DUNNING (SALES) AND TYLER QUIGLEY (FINANCE) WERE CONSIDERATE AND FRIENDLY TO DEAL WITH. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS RELAXING AND THERE WAS NO PRESSURE. THEY APPEARED TO BE EXTREMELY HONEST AND STRAIGHT-FORWARD WITH US. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS THERE.

After Looking for several cars in the $50,000 price range, from BMW 535 to the Mercedes E class....It was an easy decision for me to choose the Audi A6 3.0 Quattro. A Sporty yet classy look with a lot of user friendly features inside the car. This car feels light on the road...with tons of power....very quick. I can honestly says for the first time ( I've owned a Porsche, Range Rover, Mercedes S500) I truly enjoy driving.. this car has a great sound system....comfortable seats...insane air conditioning....iPod hook up... Sirius/XM radio...and the shifting paddles are so much fun coming out of corners...you can really feel the road in this car....As far as Rusnak Audi in Westlake Village, I had several dealerships in the mix from Torrance...Pasadena to Oxnard.....ALL of the salesmen were EXTREMELY pushy and obnoxious. I knew I wanted the Audi A6...but wanted to make sure I got the best deal in this terrible economy from a reputable dealership. Westlake Rusnak met my standards!! My salesmen was Chase Dunning....very informative but not pushy...he did not call or text me 3 times a day...I was a difficult buyer..having great credit... I did a lot of research on the internet and found that Chase was true to his word and worked for me...making sure I got the best terms...knowing I will come back when my lease is up and take another Audi....This is my first customer review in years...I just wanted to share my great experience with any potential future Audi drivers...Go directly to Westlake Audi Rusnak and you too will be thrilled with their professionalism.

We purchased our CPO Audi from internet manager Chase Dunning who handled our sale from the first email inquiry down to donning the white Audi coat to show us all the bells and whistles of the vehicle prior to driving off the lot. He and Greg Austin were well versed and professional throughout the process. We would highly recommend Chase and Greg and the team at Rusnak Westlake. P.S. Loved the white coat! Nice touch!

Also our finance person Greg was so helpful, from the beginning to the last signed docs, very patience and listened to our needs and provided the products we needed not ones he was set on.

We went in to look at a deal on a used S6. Chase was very helpful in pointing out all of the features on the car and then took us out for a great test drive. After the test drive we were able to work out a smoking deal.

Evan and Chase were an absolute delight to work with, especially given my tight schedule. I was able to negotiate a trade-in, a new lease, and all its details without ever having to go in the dealership. They were straight forward, efficient, and effective!
