He found a perfect car for me, that was in my price range...

He found a perfect car for me, that was in my price range and had all I want and more! I went expecting the worst, and ended up leaving with a brand new car!

Very professional and polite. The showroom was very clean. Everyone helped me understand and assisted in getting meal the amenities that I wanted on me car. They called auto dealer until they found exactly what I was looking for.

New car buying was easy with our salesman Curtis Hatchell! He was very helpful and very attentive to our family. The whole dealership was friendly! We will definitely return for our next car buying experience. The price on our Pathfinder was a very good deal. The dealership is family friendly as well!

Love our 2014 Pathfinder!

my husband and I have been to a few dealerships and they have tried to help us, or so they say, but never really got approved or we never saw the will to help on their managers so I am really grateful and will definitely recommend this dealer, its the best because they understood exactly our situation and did try to help us, showing us different options and finally got us a great deal on a great car. i'm extremely happy, can't thank them enough. 3/3/14

AWESOME!

I went to a different nissan dealership and had an awful experience. Then, I decided to go to Modern Nissan of Concord. The experience was completely different than my first one. Once we got there Pierre (our salesman) greeted us outside with a great, positive attitude, willing to help with absolutely anything. Pierre was honest with us at all times, making the process of buying the car WAAAY EASIER!!!!!!! I def. recommend Modern Nissan of Concord to anyone. P.S It was my first time buying a car too. :)

Great experience.

This is my third new car purchase at Modern Nissan of Concord. Excellent prices, friendly sales/service staff, no hassle negotiation. I would highly recommend Modern Nissan to anyone looking for a good price and pleasant buying experience.

Pierre was kind in every way . He made me and my husband feel very comfortable.everyone was very nice . They had a big selection of cars to choose from. There was no pressure to buy and they gave us all the time we wanted to look around. Pierre is a great person to work with and will send everyone I know to him or the dealership.

Wanted to get a key programmed I had bought the key from...

Wanted to get a key programmed I had bought the key from Nissan dealership off highway 74, they cut it but did not program it, (an issue for another day) Brought it to the dealership in concord, met by the manager Chris Blalock, " who says it will be done in 30 minutes, I waited for an hour and almost twenty minutes, so I went to check on what's taking so long he had my key on the side, serving other customers who had just come in then he nonchalantly says it did not work, so I wait another 15 or so minutes for hime to get the service at hand taken care of, he promptly charges me and does not blink states, he offered the service that I had requested, but it was my fault the key did not work, so I inquire about a purchasing a key from the him, to which he says it will run me around $100. I then checked with the parts and the sample key was going to be around $30 if they had it, I got help from a great service attendant. I went to the Nissan dealership off Statesville and they programed it for me for only $37.. This is not the first time I went to Nissan of Concord and being disappointed by the service team, headed by Chris Blalock.
