10/30/2025: I went in for an oil change. Nancy from the service department call center was extremely helpful and made my appointment with ease. Service Advisor Carson Mullins was super helpful and efficient. Started the process ahead of schedule and completed ahead of what he promised. Very courteous and went extra mile in clearing up some issue I had; by escalating the issue to his manager and resolving it to my satisfaction. As long as there are service advisors like Carson Mullins, I will keep going to Hendric Toyota of Concord. Plus, the facility itself is very large, convenient, and stocked with good coffee and drinks. thanks Carson, Badari

Hendrick always does a great job. Their service advisor. Justin Dreyer is great and we never have to return the call for a problem they fix it right the first time.

Had an appointment at 8am. Showed up at 7:45, didn't leave until 10:20. Almost 3 hours to get an oil change completed. Service person stated some mix up with the wrong oil filter? I've been going there for over 7 years to get my oil changed and have never had to wait so long.

I have been going to this dealer to buy and service my automobiles for several yrs. Always pleased with the service I get.

this dealership is fantastic till the time i purchased two vehicles till the routine maintenance service department excellent ryan cawley very friendly guy and explains everything about what they serviced the vehicle and what they did i recommend this toyota dealership!!

Brought car in for oil and tires, expecting to buy 4 tires only recommended 2 as the other 2 had 30k+ tread life still. Oil change was lower in price than expected. Mentioned a tire sensor light expecting to replace those. Advisor had them checked and the light wasn?t coming on, however with tires off I saved by going ahead and getttingbthem replaced now vs a higher cost later of trying to do one at a time. The life of the sensor was mentioned and because it was time based on the average life it also contributed to my decision. Overall Justin and the technicians technical experience were above average maintaining the high quality standards I expect from a dealer versus my local mechanic.
