I actually flew from Dayton Ohio to Charlotte to get my vehicle. Ken was easy to work with and the process was smooth and easy. When the process was completed Ken walked me through the new features of my 4Runner and helped me get my phone connected before I left. First rate sales guy at a first rate organization!

What a great day. We were buying a car as a gift. Ken was as excited as we were. We were his second customer to buy a car as a gift. He knew just what to do. From the moment we started walking through the lot to look at Siennas, we had a great time. He loves to fish, we love to fish. It went from there. Ken helped us decide on the trim level we needed and off we went. He knew the car well and showed us all the bells and whistles. It always takes time to purchase a vehicle, but Ken made the time very enjoyable. He is pleasant, not aggressive. It was like buying from a friend. In fact, we left today making a new friend. I was promised a SE Camry with certain features at the time of sale. When I picked up the car it was not what I was told it would be. The sales staff basically told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale . I will never buy from them again

I purchased my 2017 Toyota Tundra site unseen in July. Nick sent me tons of detailed pictures and was in constant communication. I sent in my credit application at 10:20am and by 130 it was cleaned and on its way to me. Hendricks delivered it to me 300 miles away on July 3rd. Ken was able to find the exact vehicle I saw at the Dodge dealership. We got to talking about fishing and eventually I agreed to buy the vehicle from him if teaching me how to fish was part of the deal. So I got a new truck and a friend.
