Nice people.

Nice people. My last appointment was for 1:15 pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there till after 4:15 pm. Place was packed - don’t know what happened but seemed they overbooked appointments. Not my best experience. Was supposed to leave town to attend a funeral; however since it was after 4 before I left the dealership I had to change my plans and couldn’t leave till the next day. Not a happy camper.

Danya Mcbee was very professional with a welcoming personality while providing information concerning my 2014 Corolla. 100% pleased with the entire service from Danya and service techs. Always Completely satisfied with the service @ Toyota mainly because of Rick McKenzie who I?ve known for 15+ years who has made sure the 3 Toyotas I?ve had those years has provided the utmost professionalism & honesty. Toyota of Concord always provides excellent service and

Toyota of Concord always provides excellent service and that?s why I only service my car at this dealership. One odd thing occurred this time, though, I had picked up my mail before my service appointment, hadn?t looked at it, left it on the front seat. When my service appointment was complete and I went to my car, the mail was gone.

I recently brought my Toyota Camry to this dealership to

I recently brought my Toyota Camry to this dealership to have the airbag light reset after replacing the airbag and crash sensors. Over the phone, I was told that the SRS module didn?t need replacing and that resetting it would cost $170. However, after they inspected the car, they told me the SRS module wasn?t working and couldn?t reset it. Despite not fixing the issue or providing a solution, I was charged over $200 for diagnostics. I?m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and the fact that I paid for a service that didn?t solve my problem. The experience felt misleading, and I expected better communication and accountability. I don?t feel this was fair

After a very disappointing experience at a different

After a very disappointing experience at a different dealership, we came to Hendrick Toyota Concord hopeful to find a good fit for us. Andrew set the tone by being very responsive to our inquiry and setting an appointment to test drive the Prius we were interested in right away. He was knowledgeable, professional, sincere, and considerate of our budget. He walked us through all our options and at no point did we feel pressured to purchase. We got the deal that worked for us and I would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
