Oscar is Awesome!
I went to another dealership for service that was closer to my home prior to coming back to 5 star for servicing because I thought all Ford dealerships provided quality customer service. Needless to say, I was very wrong. Although it's a bit out of my way, I'll make the journey for level of service Oscar provided.

Great Customer Service
I had taken the vehicle in for an oil change and there were a few concerns. I emailed the service manager with my concerns and he quickly replied. The quick response and willingness to resolve my concerns was excellent - Drew resolved the issues!! More businesses should respond to concerns like this dealership. It is nice to see a business that understands the value of GREAT customer service.

Everything was perfect except accessories that were ordered at time of purchase. They did not come in as we were told for day of delivery of vehicle. Delay notices have not been received. We had to call to inquire as to their whereabouts, which is still not delivered.

Amazing experience.
This isnt your typical car dealership. They didnt mess around and try to screw me. They gave me what i wanted for my trade in a didnt try to screw me on the price of the vehicle i was buying. Everyone was super nice and made the whole process much easier than i could have hoped for. Jared Wingard was my salesperson. He was very quick with the transaction and very thorough when it came to explaining the information i needed to know. I highly recommend you go talk to him if you are looking at buying a new vehicle.
