Russell & Smith Honda

I pulled up to the dealer a little after 5pm needing a headlight bulb and even though it was the end of the day, and I didn't have an appointment, they took me right in, took me to the parts counter to buy the part and put installed it right away while I waited. Ryan at the parts counter was very friendly and helpful and Daniel, my service advisor, Daniel, was very helpful and quick. Thank you so much for all your help and for not turning me away even though i came so late in the day. Y'all are the BEST!!!

I received quality customer service at Russell & Smith and my salesperson Thess Mangahis was so pleasant and helpful. She remembered what type of car I was looking for and as soon as it came into the dealership she called me. The very next day I was driving off the lot in my new car and at the price that I wanted. I truly appreciate the experience I had after having three not so pleasant experiences at other dealerships that I had gone to. I definitely recommend that anyone interested in buying a New or Used Honda to visit Thess at Russell & Smith Honda!

Both David and Denise were very helpful and made the experience a pleasant one. David helped me find the vehicle I wanted, and Denise test drove the car with me, and after the purchase was completed, she explained how all the controls work.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership. The staff was very courteous and Thess, our sales agent was very accommodating. Before this, I was excited at the prospect of a new car but was not looking forward to the whole "car buying experience." But my wife and I actually had a very pleasant time and was able to leave with a vehicle we wanted at the price that we can afford.

Selam was very patient and helped me navigate the stressful car buying experience very smoothly. Edgar was also excellent at explaining the financial side of things without pushing extra options I didn't need or want. Overall, great experience!

Denise and Danny were great. They made my daughter's first time buying a fantastic experience. They were honest, responded quickly to email and were very friendly.
