Jaime Rojas was extremely helpful to sort out the things before and after purchasing the vehicle. He was very friendly and understand the customer needs and proceed accordingly. The way he provides the service to the customers was Awesome. No dealer in Houston area can give the price that I got it from Russell & Smith Honda for my Odyssey vehicle, Memo Torres understood our budget and provided a best deal for us. Thank you so much! Best car-buying experience to date
I'm so glad my family and I had the privilege to meet and work with David Nelson. Out of all the Houston Honda dealerships we visited, David was the only sales rep who made us feel comfortable enough to move forward in the buying process. Customer service was an extremely crucial factor that contributed to whether or not we were going to purchase a car and not a single person in Houston met out skyrocket standard until David came along. He took the time to listen to our preferences, patiently showed us several models and served as the perfect guide throughout our experience at Russell & Smith. I can confidently say that if it weren't for such an top-notch individual like David, we would have walked away empty-handed. Thank you so much!

Going back a 2nd and 3rd time for major repairs
We are very dissatisfied with the mechanics, apparently they do not know what excellent service is. We moved from Miami Fl, 2 years ago, we serviced our two Hondas at Brahman Honda, a major dealer in Miami, and in 12 years of taking our vehicles there for service, not once we had to go back a 2nd time for something that they had done wrong. At Russell and Smith, it has happen to us twice in two major maintenance repairs, oil leaks, and replacing the front axel on our Odyssey 2002, These two repairs we are talking about $1500 for both. I would not recommend their service.

A stress-free car-buying experience
The original reason I went to Russell & Smith Honda was because it is so close to my job, and I am so happy that it is! The staff was very helpful and cooperative. (s/o to Stevon Carr-the salesperson that sold me the car and Trey Bodwin in the finance department) This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and they made the experience stress free!

Wonderful!
This was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. I was in need of a new vehicle fast and I went to all the dealerships in my area and this was by the far the best place. As soon as we got there Thess came out and started talking to us about the vehicle we were looking at and asked if we wanted to test drive it. She was very helpful but never pushy. She made our experience very easy and I love it. I need up going back a second time to test drive another car and again she was super helpful. When I came back a third time to hopefully buy the car, they were super busy but Thess did her best to help us and when she had to leave she passed us on to her coworker Jaime who was also very kind and helpful. He got us to the price we were looking for and was honest about the wait time to get processed. They ended up allowing us to take the vehicle, no strings attached, from Saturday to Monday since they knew we were in need of a vehicle. We came back on Monday to finish the process and it was very quick and easy. We got a great car, for an incredible deal, and we could not be more happy with our car and the experience we had at Russell and Smith.

Purchased a CPO 2012 Honda Accord
I had to purchase a new car after mine was destroyed in the Memorial Day flooding, and ultimately wound up buying a CPO 2012 Honda Accord from Russell & Smith Honda. I was in and out in just a few hours.
