Easy to deal with. Efficient. Good selection.

These was great to work with. We were able to close a deal very quickly as she was very efficient and very informative about the vehicles we looked at and test drove.

I have never bought a new car so easy.

Salesperson Stevon Carr and finance person Tre Bodwin were great. It does make a big difference when the people you are personally dealing with know their product , take care of the customer and take care of business. Thanks guys................ Dale Harris

Definitely better than other dealers I've experienced

Purchased a new Honda Fit from Emanuel at the end of May. I already knew what vehicle I wanted and had a price figure in mind after much research. Emanuel came in underneath that figure right off the bat and even agreed to knock another $200 off. I noticed the next day, however, that the floor mats were missing out of the trunk. Not a big deal as I planned to replace them anyway... but would have preferred that he told me the $200 off was for the mats. All in all a pleasant buying experience. Emmanuel was friendly and helpful. Just wish they had a larger financing department as the wait time was tremendous!

Best experience ever

When we got to the dealer, Selam right away welcomed us and offered coffee or water . She asked us what are you intersted in buying or leasing. We told her leasing.We mentioned we might not buy or lease today. She said whatever you like we are here to answer any question. She didn't force us or insisted on buying or leasing. She was very sweet and helpful. The weather was really ugly memorial day. She was very concerned about us. We ended leasing an Accord.And we left home that evening under flash flood warning. She was in contact with my husband and myself very worried about us.She cares about her customers.This by far the best saleswoman we ever got to know. We bought al least 7 new cars in the 20 years and Selam is the best.I can tell you enough about her. Thanks Selam for caring and worrying about us.I had to mention couple of things about Edgar and Dino. These guys are awesome people. Didn't pressure us and worked with us very professionally too.

Excellent Experience

Very pleasant buying experience. The 2015 Accord I was interested in was explained to me in detail. David and Denise spent the time needed for me to make an informed decision .The financing department was also very helpful and easy to deal with. All my concerns were addressed.

Selam is AWESOME!

This is my first car, and I've had it for four months now. I"m very thankful to have Selam F. not only as my saleslady but also my friend. It's a lot that I'm still learning about my car; so, anytime I have questions, I always can contact Selam via text or call. She's always quick and willing to respond to any questions that I have and is never hesitant in helping me to get whatever I need for my car. Thanks Selam! Your help goes a long way!!!

Great Customer Service

Excellent customer service which is saying something because I am very picky and highly critical. Stevon Carr helped me get the 2015 Accord as close to what I wanted without the additional things I did not want so he was really jumping through hoops and he never lost a smile or sounded irritated running around in the heat. With that said, the LED lights I wanted would have to be installed/bought at a specialty shop BUT Stevon followed up with me AFTER the sale to volunteer assistance with choosing the lights I want by meeting me at the specialty shop just to make sure I get the car how I want it. Also much props to Trey Bodwin never losing his cool or professionalism when doing the "numbers game" with my dad to get the price he had in mind. 5 stars for the overall car buying experience and for these hard working gentlemen. I'll leave another review/update after the volunteered LED assistance, hope it goes just as well and they are just as helpful.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESIONAL.

I purchased my Honda Accord on Monday, the 25th of May,2015. It was memorial day, Salem was our saleswoman and she was very professional, caring , made our experience so easy and stress free. Well we left home during our worst storm and flood in years. She kept in touch with us including my wife because she was worried about us. I never had such a sales person like Selam who is so caring and was so worried about us. Thanks Selam for a wonderful service and taking care of us. I like her honesty and her patience, Thanks again.
