Service for my 2015 BMW Z4

This was my first time for service at Rusnak BMW. My Service Sales Advisor Mike Powell was excellent. He took care of all my needs expeditiously. He was very friendly, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Initially the new run flat tire I needed was not in stock and had to be ordered, so he told me they would need to keep the car until the next day, but he called me later in the afternoon on that same day and said he was able to get the new tire the same day. The shuttle driver Juan was very friendly. The cashier was very good when I went to pay my bill. The rest of the staff that helped me when I first drove up were excellent in taking care of my needs. Service associate went the extra mile in personally delivering a loaner vehicle, and making sure the hard-to-find parts were delivered to the dealer.

Great experience

Tara in service was great! Kept me informed, very friendly and professional. The service were able to make a small repair inside the car without charge. Very happy!

Outstanding service department

My service provider Mike Powell is outstanding. I live in Chatsworth and will drive to Thousand Oaks versus going to Bob Smith in Calabasas specifically for the positive experience provided by Mike. His ability to communicate effectively, positive attitude, and support are the key reasons I will drive an extra 20 minutes for service of my 2012 335i convertible.

The Service is Outstanding

The service staff are very responsive and have great knowledge. The drop off and pick up process is extremenly efficient and they keep you well informed of what is going on with your car.

Rusnak BMW - Outstanding Customer Service on M5

My thanks to Art Simcox and Rusnak BMW in Westlake Village, California for exceptional customer service. Art and others at Rusnak worked with a BMW factory rep to deal with a major engine issue i had with my M5. The engine issues were likely a rare manufacturer's defect or caused by something other malfunction not related to driver abuse (no signs of past over revving of engine or racing). Because of the nature of the engine issues, the engine required replacement. The car had less than 39k miles at the time, but was beyond the 4-year drivetrain warranty by 6 months. A national BMW factory rep was assigned to review the case. Art Simcox, my service advisor, (and Rusnak, the dealership) worked with the BMW factory rep to determine the appropriate course of action to be taken by BMW. Based on their work, BMW replaced the engine as if it were still under warranty. This would not have happened without the intervention and advocacy of Art and Rusnak. Over the past 20 years i have had other BMWs or Mercedes cars serviced by other dealerships in three different states. The service i received at Rusnak was the best of all.
