Wow! The best; So easy, made an appointment through my phone to have my car service the next day, On the next day I brought in my Beamer, Associate Bob, asked me a few questions and informed me that my car was due to have something else done he asked me if is it was okay to perform the additional service, I am so happy that I have this people at the dealer who cares and knows what they are doing.
