Porsche Plano

Went in for an oil change, came out with a major service. A little surprised.

Thank you Jeff. I had my 2014 Porsche Cayenne serviced at Porsche Plano, Jeff was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Extremely helpful, went out of their way to return car back to me.

I called about 3 weeks in advance to schedule my service appointment. I indicated that if the car needed to be there overnight, that I would need a loaner vehicle. On the day of the appointment, I was greeted outside as soon as I pulled up. Devin made sure all of my information was up to date and quoted me an approximate price for the servicing. The loaner vehicle was ready quickly...that whole process took less than 15 min. My service advisor, Isaac, texted me later that afternoon with a short list (along with prices) of a few maintenance issues he suggested be taken care of. I called him back to request he move forward with the recommendations. He said my car would be ready the following day. Isaac is always very personable, knowledgeable, and accessible. I picked up my car the following day, and the entire process went smoothly.

I saw a car I was interested in online and contacted the dealership. They had the car ready for me to drive when I arrived. A few days later when I was ready to purchase the car, they had all of the paperwork ready for me when I came in after work. It was fast and easy. Definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had.
