Our experience at Moritz KIA Fort Worth has always been exceptional. The service department is fantastic, especially Michael, who always takes great care of us. I appreciate being able to work from the dealership while waiting for my vehicle OR catching a ride to my office. Michael has helped me not lose a beat at work while getting my vehicle serviced.

I recently brought mycar in to Mortiz Kia for a routine check-up and oil change, and I couldn't be more impressend with the service I received -especially from Jonathan. From the moment I arrived, he made the experience smooth, efficient, and geniunely pleasant. Jonathan greeted me with a friendly attitude as always, and took the time to explain everything that would be done during the visit. He was professional, corteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even though it was just a regular maintenance appointment, Jonathan treated it with the same level of attention and care you'd expect from a major service. He made sure my car was thoroughly inspected and even gave me a few helpful tips for my next appointment. The entire experience was fast, hassle-free, and handled with professionalism. Thanks to Jonathan, I always left feeling like a valued costumer. Highly recommend reserve a service/maintenance appointment with Jonathan, he truly goes above and beyond.

Great customer service!

Great customer service! Greeted promptly upon arrival and car returned in a timely manner. The waiting area is nice and comfortable. The mechanics will give me detailed info if I need anything else done to my car. Won’t take my car anywhere else but Mortiz Kia.

Everyone in the triad that helped us locate what we were

Everyone in the triad that helped us locate what we were wanting at a price point we were comfortable with made the process smooth & easy. Truly thankful for all of them & their patience with our indecisiveness and choppy weekend plans to finish the deal. Jeff was so helpful start to finish & was great at making sure we got something that had specific features we desired but keeping our finances in consideration as well. It was hard parting with the Borrego of 192,000miles we purchased from this same location 25 yrs ago-but they blessed us with a decent trade in value towards the purchase of a new Sorento. Thank You Kia family for helping us find a great vehicle!

We have bought 4 KIA Sorento's from Moritz. No Sales pressure and the only thing we ever had to replace was a dead battery in one car.

Wonderful staff and inventory.

Wonderful staff and inventory. My only issue was I paid my down payment on a Thursday expecting to leave with my car but had to wait until the following week to pick it up because of inspection and parts they had to order, which led me to spending money on Uber everyday until I got my car and Uber is not cheap.
