As always my experience was great. Clint Fowler ‘s customer service was excellent. always takes very good . He is professional and gives me information I need to know to keep my vehicle in tip top shape.

Moritz Kia of Fort Worth always has provided me with top-notch service. My latest service was exceptional. I realized I had a nail in my tire and I took it to Moritz. Without an appointment they took care of me immediately. In addition to repairing my tire, they fixed a recall that was due. I have always been impressed with the service I receive from Kia Moritz FW. Frank and Clint are the Best!

We contacted the dealership online late on a Wednesday

We contacted the dealership online late on a Wednesday evening looking for a Kia Carnival SX Prestige. Kari responded first thing Friday morning and set up an appointment for us with Juan to test drive one. We arrived about noon, test drove with Juan, loved the vehicle, and made a fair deal to purchase. Met with Alex to take care of the financial side and by about 4:30 we were on our way home! Highly recommend the staff and dealership.

Every time from the day I bought my car they have been

Every time from the day I bought my car they have been friendly and attentive. Also, with my hour+ drive they were flexible when I was a little bit late. Better than any service or car relationship I’ve had in dfw and I’ve purchased from Sewell (worst) to park place to a Hyundai dealership that lost my business. Nothing but nothing but the best here.

Honestly the best place.

Honestly the best place. Theyre not pushy. Juan is the most patient with my indecisive self. My kiddo liked him. Honestly this place has the best customer service. From the moment you walk in(not the front desk girls though) they just stare at you. But the rest of them from the sales team to the finance dept to the service dept are perfect! I ONLY come here for any car services I need. I great job yall!
