Sales Manager Kevin was super helpful and prompt. He was very present and transparent. Sale Rep Jengsue was friendly. Financial Rep (didn't get his name, but last name was Vang) lied straight to my face about my clean air rebate and put it towards their supposed "friends and family rebate" of $900 off their KARR security system. Just don't get The Vang financial rep and you'll be fine!
