Silverado Truck Purchase

Both Scott Braun and Mike Swanson were great in getting me into my new Chevy Silverado. Scott spent quality time with me up front explaining everything I'd ever want to know about the truck. Mike explained a little more and made the sale. He was very helpful with everything through the whole process. I definitely recommend Peterson Chevrolet!

In a word, Impressed. I've bought several cars from Peterson over the years and have always had a great experience there. Always professional and I have come to feel as if I'm family. When it comes to buying another car or truck, I'll go to no other place. First class all the way. My usual salesman is Rob Veach and he has always treated me right. He has moved to another department, but, helped me anyway. I was so impressed that he went out of his way to get me started on my purchase of my new truck. Once the process was started he introduced me to Jerry Noble who took over so Rob could return to his department. Jerry didn't miss a beat. Very professional and really knows his stuff. He made the sale of my truck so easy. I would highly recommend Jerry to help you with your purchase with any car or truck. He went above and beyond to make sure the sale went without a hitch. Most importantly, he made sure I was happy with my purchase. It seems every time I return to Petersons to buy a car or truck my experience there is better than the previous one. There is no other place to go when it comes to buying your car or truck than Petersons. So why look elsewhere? Mike VandenBerg

What a wonderful car buying experience! After...

What a wonderful car buying experience! After encountering car problems with my current car we rushed to this dealership and thank goodness we did! They were so helpful in advising us on our trade in and taking the time to talk us through all of our options. Our amazing sales consultant- Scott Curtis even stayed late to make sure we were well taken care of. He talked us through all of the features of our new car and made sure it was fueled and ready to go! Needless to say we will be recommending all of our friends to Peterson Chevrolet Buick and Cadillac and in specifics Scott Curtis~! Thanks again!

Customer Service - 1991 S-10 Pickup

Customer Service: Rated Excellent - The Service Staff Member was prompt, courteous and returned my calls in a timely manor. Shuttle availability was prompt and pickup with within reasonable time expectations. Quality of repairs: Rated Excellent: Repair manager was respectful and patient while I related trouble symptoms. Repair staff contacted me promptly with a diagnosis and estimate. Repairs were completed in a time manor. Vehicle was returned in the same condition as it was when it went in for repairs. Facilities: Rated Excellent: Facilities were clean and in good condition, areas were well marked with locations and directions. Doors and exits well marked and the interior well illuminated. Parking areas were in good repair and housekeeping practices exceeded expectation standards.

Eric Bettis and Joe in Financing were both very polite and efficient in helping us buy our vehicle. It is a difficult process since we don't do it often and things have changed with technology since our last purchase. They made it understandable and easy. Thank you very much.

Very disappointed

I am really disappointed with the Salesman and the Internet Manager that really wants this review. When I purchased the vehicle they gave me 2 key fobs. One that was really worn and you can hardly see which button to push to lock the car and can't see to unlock the car, I didn't check these out before I signed on the dotted line but with 2 kids and an elderly mother with me at the time who thinks about checking out the extra one. When I contacted them with he problem I didn't think it should be a problem for them to replace the fob with a new one since I had just spent so much money on one of their cars but they said they would see how much they could get one for cost. I tried for a week to contact the salesman and finally contacted the internet manager after the second email trying to get me to write a review. I know that to most people this wouldn't be a big deal but with just retiring to care for my mom we are both on a fixed income and the $180.00 that it would take out of my pocket is too much. When I took it to the service department they said they would try to get the sales department to cover the cost but with the sale made they didn't think it necessary to help out in any way.

Homerun

I had a terrific experience in buying my car from Peterson Chevrolet. Once we emailed out a deal, Victoria and Rob got me in for the closing where all the crew pitched in and answered all my many questions about the car and closing was a breeze where Terry went through the optional things that could be done and things were all and all pretty painless. I ended up with the exact car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Some of the services offered wasn't familiar to me but everything was explained in detail and I purchased some things I didn't even know about just to make owning my car even better in the long run. I'm very impressed with the product but the people behind the scenes were what impressed me the most. They have a great sales team at Peterson's and I would highly recommend talking to these folks first if you are shopping for a vehicle. By all means, shop around but give these folks a try.
