I felt the sales agent was somewhat impatient when I can back to purchase the car. I wanted to make sure I had explored all my options before making final decision. But the sales agent did allow me to see and discussed what was available . Had a terrible experience at the Northlake Lexus dealership where I was deceived and not informed the car I was about to purchase had been in an accident. Until I read the carfax report. The sales agent did not disclose that information. So my hesitation i feel is warranted

I came in for service and Jordan helped me with my tech issues I was having with my car and he was very helpful and nice

I walked into the lot just to browse, but from the time I entered the lot, everyone was so nice and professional. I knew I wanted a Lexus SUV, but had not intended to purchase one the day I walked onto the lot. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. I am truly happy with my purchase.
