Michael Mirek is a great service consultant!

Michael Mirek is a great service consultant! At the time of my visit, I was there for a 5,000 service visit and my state inspection. The service was quick but thorough, and my service appointment was well timed. When I left the dealership, I emerged as a very happy camper! Thanks, Mike!

Needed a battery replacement.

Needed a battery replacement. They were able to get me in quickly. My repair representative was awesome. No surprises upon checkout. The repair cost was as quoted.

Great sales person in John M.

Great sales person in John M. and Ivan for finance and Aiden for helping explain technology for our new car. Highly recommend this dealer. Everyone was professional and very competent and made the purchase process enjoyable and pain free. We are very happy with the dealership and our purchase of a CPO car.

Although my car is extremely old and has a significant

Although my car is extremely old and has a significant amount of mileage, I try to have it serviced as often as I can, generally twice a year. Mr. Mirek has been extremely helpful in the recent service of my vehicle.

We were greeted with enthusiasm.

We were greeted with enthusiasm. We wree new customers and the registration process was seamless. Our sales rep, Ricky Fredrick was exceptional. He was congenial and helpful. The manager, I think his name was Lamar, was professional, knowledgeable and open to work with us.

As usual, I was very happy with my visit.

As usual, I was very happy with my visit. Josh is an excellent service manager. The facilities are all first rate and very clean which makes it a nice place to take your car and wait while you service is being completed. They are always willing to help you with any questions you may have.

I was greeted when I took my car in and told that Josh,

I was greeted when I took my car in and told that Josh, my service manager, would be over soon to take care of me. Josh arrived and did the paper work to get my car serviced and then showed me to the waiting room. I got a snack and water and read my newspaper while I waited. Josh came for me when the work was completed. We completed the paper work---and I paid!!! Then Josh went with me to my car to show me how to do some settings that I did not know how to do. It was very nice to see a nice shiney car because of the nice wash job it had received. Everyone was wonderful from start to finish.
