Amazing Service
My husband and I have had our cars serviced at Hendrick Lexus for almost ten years. We travel an hour one way to receive the service. Chris Minich was our first service agent. He was always friendly and could explain what we needed to know about our car. The mechanics did a great job too. Chris moved on to a sales position and we bought a Lexus from him. His replacement in service was Jeffrey Granzen. We could not be more pleased with the courteous, knowledgable and friendly service that he has provided for many years. He has always taken an interest in us. He has listened to our questions and has answered them professionally. We are treated royally and also have the use of a loaner car while our car is being service. Jeffrey devotes much time and attention to his position and is an asset to Hendrick Lexus. Great job, Jeffry!

Rupen Patel is a fabulous Service Consultant
Rupen Patel has been my Service Consultant the last 2 times I have had my cars inspected/oil changed. He is superb in handling customers and making sure that he knows exactly what I want done. He is very much a "people person" and made me feel very much at home. He has an outstanding personality and is very polite. I intend to email Rupen every time I need service to one of my cars (LS 460 L and GS 350). Lexus is very blessed to have him on its team! NOTE: I have purchased 5 Lexus automobiles from this dealer, but not during these visits with Rupen.

Emergency Service call
My AC on my 2008 RX350 locked up and stalled my Suv while driving on the open road. The AC needed to be replaced along with the clutch. Since this was a non scheduled visit Jeffrey Granzen found me a loaner while parts were obtained and the unit fixed (several days). Jeffrey kept me informed on the progress and I was very satisfied with the service.

Excellent Customer Service
Hendrick Lexus has served our family well for almost 20 years and many vehicles. They go above and beyond the normal level of service you find these days at most places. I recently had a warranty claim on a door panel. Jeff Granzen, my service advisor, corresponded with Lexus took care of the issue with no problem at all. It looks so much better and I couldn't be happier! Jeff is always eager to please and takes care of his customers. This dealership is top notch and highly recommended! Kirk C

Great week
Had an AC issue and knew my tires were getting thin - JEFF noticed I was due for my 55k checkup and combined some of those items with my tire replacement to save me money - gave me a new loaner RX for 2 days since there was more time involved than I realized. AC was fixed and when the problem returned on Friday, JEFF diagnosed the Settings issue that had appeared, so got us back out in 10 minutes! Great experience!

He earned my trust long ago and I will continue to do business with him. My most recent salesperson, Kathy Tomasello is also top notch. She works tirelessly to get the deal closed. Each experience I've had in the the service department has been great but Jeff seems to really go above and beyond. From diagnosis, to suggestions on what should be done and when, to helping you stick within a reasonable budget, Jeff has been on point. Truly rare to be able to trust someone to that level in a dealership, but he's earned it
