Jesse was great, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The mechanic sent a full walkthrough video of my car for an update.

I have dealt with Hendrick for almost 20 years and have received excellent customer service vertices. The service department is outstanding. I currently work with Michael Mirek, service advisor, and he is outstanding. He always takes care of any issues. He is very knowledgeable about Lexus products. My latest experience was great. We bought our first vehicle from this dealership in 1999, and have no complaints. The service department is the reason that we keep coming back. Michael Mirak has been our go to person for years and is the best. He is polite, knowledgeable and professional.

I have been having my cars serviced about 8 to 9 years. The service has always been exceptional. The service agent that works with me is Michael Mirek. He'salways very professionalsnd and answers questions I might have. Its also great that a video by the technician with the vehicle explaining what's being doing and what might needed in the future

I bought a Lexus RX 350 and had the best experience at Hendrick Lexus. Literally, everyone was so nice and I felt like I was put ahead of everything.Amanda Rivera was amazing at explaining and setting up the inside of my car. Really. Thank you Hendrick Lexus and Thank you Amanda Rivera

I got my second Lexus from Hendricks the other week. . Geron Helling found the GX I wanted and got it brought from Kansas City. Everything went smooth as I could expect . This was a big upgrade for me since I had been driving a 1999 Lx470,for 25 years. I felt like I was in a new era. So many buttons so much new stuff. Amanda Rivera from Hendricks tech dept. brought me into the 21st century. I sat behind the wheel while she patiently explained what all the bells and whistles did. When I drove out of the lot I felt like aml knew what I was doing. Thanks to both of. These folks for all their help.
