I Brought my wife’s Lexus 2017 RX450H, which has only 56,000 miles, Mint Condition, To Town and County Toyota, To Get an Oil Change and tire rotation. They did an inspection and said that the water pump was leaking , quoted me $4200 to Fix . I couldn’t Believe how high the estimate was or if indeed there was a leak. I was recommended by my neighbor to go to HENDRICK LEXUS in Charlotte for a second opinion. I Had the Good Fortune to Deal with one of their very knowledgeable and Professional Service Writers. His name is MIKE UNDERWOOD. He had it checked over, and less then an hour of waiting said in fact there was a small leak and repair would cost about $2100. HALF OF WHAT TOYOTA QUOTED. I have an extended warranty, with MIKE Took care of. Had a few other small things done , Filters , fuel injection cleaning. What a total Professional and all around good man this is. Ask for him. I won’t let anyone else take care of the wife’s car after this wonderful experience. HENDRICK Lexus is Lucky to have Him. Thanks Again. Richard S.

Terry Presley is the best at his craft too. 36 years of experience working in the shop hands on if you've got a problem he can diagnose it. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
