Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte independence is a wonderful dealership . I have my 2013 LS 460 L serviced there . Josh my service assistant has been with Hendrick Lexus for I believe 20 years are longer . I trust him without question . I know my car is well looked over every time I take it in . It currently has 147,000 miles and it is well taken care of . When there is an issue we address it , take care of it and move on . They have proven time and again that they are doing the right thing all the time . The exact people I like to work with . My car can get 300,000 miles or more . Drives like a new car . Keep up the great work !

The service department is outstanding! David Machold is an incredible advisor and makes servicing my car smooth and easy. There were some glitches in the sales process so I can’t rate them quite as high as I can rate the service department.
