Jeff and Joe are Awesome!
Jeff is one of the most efficient and nice service department managers in Charlotte. Joe is a Lexus mechanic who appreciates the "old school" cars which is what mine is. I like my car and Joe and Jeff keep things going smoothly with it. Thanks to a service department where you believe the guys are really out to help you rather than just knock a huge hole in your wallet. Cannot recommend enough.

I have been a delighted Lexus owner for many years. The dealership is beautiful and always spotless. Everyone there is friendly and professional and it is always a delight to visit. Outstanding service department
Jeff Granzen has been our service advisor at Hendricks's Lexus for the past 7-8 years, and I can honestly say they done come any better than Jeff. He's highly professional and his knowledge of the Lexus brand of vehicles is unsurpassed. Things are kept simple and I can count on him to get me in and out of there quickly. And best yet, I bring either vehicle into him at a moments notice -- which is very important to me. Couldn't be more pleased with this dealership's service - and Jeff's the primary reason for that.

Review of Rupen Patel in the Technology Department
I brought my new 2016 Lexus RX 450h in to have some help with some of the technology features on my automobile. Mr.Rupen Patel was the specialist that helped me. He was very patient with me with his explanations. I am a very senior citizen and some of the "techie" features on my car are a bit above me. I explained this to Rupen and he assured me that he would do the best he could in getting me to understand the features I was having a problem with. What I appreciated about him was the fact that he showed me what I need to do.....instead of just "fixing" the problem himself. He was very patient with me, which put me at ease in telling him of some of my frustrations. He actually taught me....not just put a Band-Aid on the issue. For example: I was having a problem with the height of my PBD...(power Back Door). Instead of just adjusting it for me, he showed me how to adjust it myself. This type of "lesson" will keep me from having to come back to have the PBD adjusted again. I can now do it by myself. I am really enjoying my automobile, however it is way too "techie" for me because I am limited with my "techie" expertise. Having been an educator here in Charlotte Mecklenburg, I know what is a learning experience and what is not. Mr Rupen Patel gave me a "learning experience" and I highly appreciated it. I am happy that he is being promoted to the service department, however I do hate to lose him as a Service Specialist......should I need help in the future. Thank you for hiring someone of such high caliber to work with the public. It speaks highly of Hendrick Lexus. Lou Palomba

Great Experience
Craig Rose did an excellent job introducing us to Lexus and the diff products. He is very knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable and not pressured. He is very responsive. His customer service has been outstanding. Having him as the sales person helped seal he deal. Outstanding. Ryan Ruland did an excellent job helping to make me comfortable with the car and its advanced electronics. He was patient, knowledgeable and patient. Wonderful job.

Professional service
I took my Lexus 350 RX in for its first oil change. I was welcomed by Jeff upon entering and asked if I wanted my car washed after servicing and of course I said yes. Not only did they wash and vacuum my car, but they glossed the tires as well. Very pleased with my experience.

Purchased a Lexus ES 350
What a pleasant experience! Our Sales Rep, Josh Plummer, was knowledgeable, helpful and a nice person. We felt he was our trustworthy asset. He kept the process of making our decisions simple and explained any details we didn't quite understand. (Josh is a find!) He'd prepared all the paperwork prior to our appointment which meant the Financial Manager, Jason Riley, could fluidly move us through. (Ask for him too, he was great!) Our next help came from Rupen Patel, Delivery Specialist, who patiently took us through all the technical parts of the car -- phone set-up, navigation, music delivery, etc. They made certain we were familiar with our new car prior to us leaving the parking lot. Did I mention patient? He was. We can't say enough about this team and the dealership. We were so happy we got to work with them.
