I have been extremely pleased with the service provided

I have been extremely pleased with the service provided at the Hendrick Lexus on Independence and especially with Vanessa Hardley, my service consultant. She and the various service technicians are very professional and thorough in explaining the service performed or needing to be performed on my vehicle. I also bring it back to the dealership for service because I feel they are reliable.

The staff is friendly and is always ready to be of service. Marisa Kovaly was a service representative that was informative and knowledgeable about the Lexus brand. I had a minor issue with how my vehicle felt turning left after a cold start. We discussed possible issues all the while making sure she passed my concerns on to the service mechanics.
