I made an appointment, and when we arrived with the truck
I made an appointment, and when we arrived with the truck and trailer, they were very accommodating and helpful. We told them that we were in a kind of a hurry because we needed the truck later on that day. It didn't take them long to conduct the analysis and determine what was wrong, and it wasn't with the truck but with the trailer connection. Fortunately, no repairs needed to be done, so we were still able to make our commitments later that day.

I have NOT purchased the vehicle yet!
I have NOT purchased the vehicle yet! I went in yesterday, 4/1/25, for the final paperwork with the finance person as was completely IGNORED! I communicated with the finance person to advise him the approximate time that I would be at the dealership. I was there and stood at the counter for over 15 minutes and no one greeted me??. There were workers there that saw me, but did not say anything to me as I stood there. So I left?? Disappointed??

didn't like the fact that my interest rate was the best
didn't like the fact that my interest rate was the best he could do until i went through my credit union then all of a sudden it could be dropped by over 2% when i told them i wasn't going to finance it through them. 2nd a regular finance guy was pretty Kool and straight up. maybe the part time guy should take lessons from him
