I always have an amazing experience with the service team

I always have an amazing experience with the service team at Mercedes Benz of Sudbury. They work as a family giving you the most satisfying experience, starting with the service advisor team. Brian Breidegam who I know for years is my preferable advisor. He is very approachable, helpful, and professional. Brian is also very knowledgeable with Mercedes Benz vehicles giving you an honest response/advise to questions and concerns. When possible, he accommodates you regarding appointments and service required for your vehicle. I also want to thank the personnel of the loaner department (Bisael, Nick and Helton), and Lisa, the cashier lady, for the smooth and quick service. Everyone is so helpful and professional. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Sudbury!!!

To date my experience is limited has been limited to the service department as I leased my vehicle from another Mercedes dealership. They have been professional and very kind to me under certain difficult conditions with my current vehicle, including safety issues.

I only have excellent things to say about Jonny Plam and the Mercedes dealership in Sudbury. It was a pleasure to work with Howard Rosenberg to buy both my car and my hudbsnd’d car. Johnny is a wonderful technical teacher. He is patient and explains everything very well. He helps also any time a question is texted to him and I really appreciate that so much.

I took my Mercedes -Benz C 350 in for a regular

I took my Mercedes -Benz C 350 in for a regular preventative service at the Sudbury dealership. My service advisor Brian Breidegam was very professional answering all my questions. My car was done timely, with no issues. Thank you Brian for the fantastic and wonderful experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

Jonny did a outstanding service , he showed me so many

Jonny did a outstanding service , he showed me so many things that I did not know about my car , I have my car since last year and he helped me with so many things that I even imagined that I could use it. I’m very grateful to have met Jonny… He’s so smart and very kind. If I could give more than five stars I’d give him 10. Thank you so much for your great service today .

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! There was no pressure and I felt respected and comfortable there. Vito sold me my first MB- there was even a big red bow on it like you see on the commercials! What a dream! I loved Vito- it felt like I was buying from a family member. Kolls helped me with financing and even brought Brian the service manager in so I could ask questions about the extended warranty. They were patient despite my many questions. Jonny gave me a free tutorial so I could learn about all the features of my car and was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Everyone at this dealership was amazing! The epitome of high class. I felt like a rock star here! Definitely recommend! Only issue was a long wait time to pay for the car.
