Meet Dynae Danakos

My visit to Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury was a great customer experience that exceeded my expectations. It started with a friendly face that greeted me when I walked through the door and continued on with the prompt and professional sales associate Dynae Danakos. I was impressed with how she personalized my purchase experience to help me identify what vehicle would best fit my family and I. Kudos to the exceptional customer service that led to my new car purchase.

Dynae was easy to work with, listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, answered my questions thoroughly, and was a pleasure during my whole car buying experience . I never felt pressured and was beyond pleased with how smooth the whole process was. I always dread car shopping but Dynae actually made it enjoyable. It took less time to get my old car traded in and to purchase my new one than it took me to get a new cell phone e at the AT&T store. I can’t recommend Dynae highly enough!

I recently purchased a 2021 RDX, and I have to say, Dynae Danakos was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was patient, kind, and brought a great sense of humor that truly made everything so much easier. Honestly, I was close to walking away from the deal due to a negative experience with someone in the finance department— if I’m not mistaken his name is KOLLS he said he’s from Nigeria who came across as arrogant and disrespectful. It was a frustrating moment, but Dynae’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care completely turned things around. She’s the reason I stayed and completed the purchase. Dynae is truly amazing and made all the difference. She’s a gem, and the dealership is lucky to have her.

I purchased my car here about a week ago, trading in my 2016 E-Class for a 2020 E450. Dynae was incredibly helpful; she's super patient, kind, and has a wonderful sense of humor. She assisted me in making the right decision without any pressure to buy, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new car. You can tell from the second you meet Jonny that he’s there to give you the best experience when learning about the ins and outs of your car. I truly learned SO much from him and he made understanding the tech easy. Jonny was personable, down to earth, positive, SUPER knowledgeable, efficient and all around great vibe. We had an excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury. Jonny and Dynae were great to work with. Dynae was responsive and worked diligently to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. She was great at communicating and managing expectations regarding process and delivery. Jonny was incredibly friendly and had a fantastic breadth knowledge of Mercedes (and all cars alike). Once the vehicle was ready for pickup, he ensured that all users were appropriately setup on all apps and systems (Mercedes Me Connect, EZ Pass, etc.). He then walked us through the functionality of both the phone and car-related technologies and features, answering each question with exacting detail. I ended up working with Jonny for nearly 3 hours on pick up day and felt very confident knowing the features of my vehicle upon driving off the lot. The experience and service he provides to clients should not be understated nor overlooked. I would highly recommend this pair and Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury.
