I had a superior car buying and delivery experience at this dealership. I came in with a very specific idea of what I wanted and my sales team of Dynae Danakos and Brad Rafter worked very hard to find it for me. They made me feel like they were very invested in my satisfaction. It felt more like a partnership than a sales experience - something I have not found before in my car buying experiences at Audi or Lexus. When my car arrived, Jonny Pham spent two hours with me to ensure I fully understood all the capabilities of my new, beautiful car. The dealership was closing but he remained focused on making sure he shared all the important features he wanted me to know. That level of dedication is hard to find - but it was my consistent experience at Mercedes Sudbury. I give this dealership my highest recommendation!

Jonny was fantastic!

Jonny was fantastic!, showing me everything that my new GLC has to offer. Explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions,was very patient and knowledgeable! Assured me he is just a phone call away with any questions anytime.

Jonny was super knowledgeable about all the technical

Jonny was super knowledgeable about all the technical details of our car.  He really helped us get familiar with the new features right away.  We have purchased other Mercedes vehicles in the past but Jonny’s level of knowledge about the car, all its functionalities, and the interaction with us as customers were more than we have ever experienced or expected.  He followed up with us and even responded to our questions after hours.     Everyone in the dealership was awesome! We really enjoyed working with Nic (worked through all the details to make our out of state purchase possible), Dynae (answered all our questions on the vehicle and worked our car deal over texts!), Franco (took super good care of us the day of delivery and sent us photos of the vehicle while we were making our final decisions), Josue (took care of all the warranty, special offers, and paperwork to finalize the purchase), Sharon (took so many of my calls and tracked everyone down everyone to make sure I got the information I needed, awesome!), and Andrew (made sure our purchasing experience were satisfied).  Thanks!

Not only did he provide valuable insights and hands-on guidance, but he also stayed late to ensure that every question was answered and every concern was addressed. His commitment to training was impressive and made a significant difference in my understanding and confidence in driving the GLC. If you’re looking for top-notch training with a professional who genuinely cares about your growth, Jonny is your go-to person. Highly recommend! Shout out to Nick Scherer for helping with all the logistical new car set-up, and Rufaro Gomwe for helping me land the exact type of SUV I wanted. Also, Michael Y. helped get the deal done. Great, knowledgeable, friendly staff. I saw a car online, texted the dealership, made an appointment for the next morning. We met with Jan who took very good care of us. He patiently explained the technology of the car and handled the trade-in of our car. It was a great car-buying experience.
