This was my first time buying a used car from Hendrick

This was my first time buying a used car from Hendrick BMW. I gotta say it was pretty smooth and seamless. Mark Tyza (sales rep) was very professional and accommodating to my timeline, requests and questions throughout. Philip Allen (Finance Mgr) was also very helpful w/ meeting my financing needs and showed a lot of patience w/ my various questions.

Amazing experience!

Amazing experience! Jeff Shinn was very helpful in getting me into a 2024 BMW X3! Very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you with the process. Michael from the finance team was awesome and very efficient. The total experience was world-class.

This dealer always provides world class service. This time I worked with Jeff Shinn and he helped me get the BMW X3 I was looking for. Jeff is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to get you in the car you want. The rest of the sales staff and finance team was very helpful too. Great experience overall.

Not only was Mariana extremely professional and knowledgeable, she also went above and beyond to ensure exceptional customer service. We stepped into Hendrick BMW, knowing what we wanted, but not knowing who we would talk to to get it. Stephen Hughes Became our sales associate and it was a done deal!! Stephen was very knowledgeable and professional with the way he handled our request. He was very knowledgeable about the product and ensured that the process would be seamless, as it was. Thank you Stephen for your professionalism but moreover your great personality.

I had a appt on Feb 18th, dropped my car of bc the check

I had a appt on Feb 18th, dropped my car of bc the check engine light had been on. I always ask for Jesse Walsh to be my service guy. From the very 1st time of my experience with this car, I have found him to be conpassionate,prompt,informative,caring and a very good listener to me because I know nothing abt a car.And after loosing my fiancee to cancer a year ago, it gives me bad anxiety when something comes up with my car. Jesse, keeps in touch with while my car is there. I did get a loaner, it was ready so that I wouldn't be late for work that morning. He took the extra time to help me get settled into the loaner bc there's so much I still don't know abt my 2017 X3, so getting into a later model was scary amd I just wanted to know the basic with my phone connected and where everything I use daily was @. He was so patient with me. Outside of the business aspect, I feel a spiritual connection with him as well. I appreciate Jesse for help me everytime. I could go on and on about him but I'm sure BMW already know they have a gem.
