Brought car in for Brake Repair front needed to be done. They did an excellent job and provided great customer service and kept me in the loop of how long it would take.

It was super helpful that I knew what I wanted otherwise

It was super helpful that I knew what I wanted otherwise this would have been a super long process. But, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Alex and Camillo. I appreciated that Alex (sales consultant) was laid-back and not too ?salesy? and that Camillo (finance manager) was cool and conversational even though I didn?t finance through their dealership. The only major drawback was that I was told that my VW comes with a ?lifetime warranty? which I knew it didn?t so it took a really long time to shop around for an extended warranty. Ended up going with one from the dealership since those options were better than what my credit union offered. Overall great experience and I love the new ride!

Rebecca was great.

Rebecca was great. I always make sure I see her when I need work done on my car. She is very friendly and I feel she has my best interest at heart regarding my car as well as being very polite and courteous.

Horrible service, i dropped my car off for an oil change

The don't treat the customer very well , the car is not

The don't treat the customer very well , the car is not clean this is my first experience with Nissan i think is my last experience, i bought a ford explorer 2024 they gave me the ford very dirty , to be honest the dealership make me very upset.
