Lexus of Northborough

Very dissatisfied..... My credit card was either lost or stolen from this location.... They need to do a better job at either screening their associates and/or securing the location they put this information....

The care I’ve received at Northborough Lexus has been exceptional and I would highly recommend them. The waiting area is very comfortable and the service department is knowledgeable.

Lexus of Northborough is awesome after having an awful experience elsewhere, I thought twice about walking into another dealer, but I’m glad I walked into this ONE, I worked with sales rep Eugene, he was super friendly, personable, understanding and and to me most importantly he was VERY professional, willing to work with us, he listened, and he did not rush us thru the process, his customer service experience is on point, I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the future. He made the process so smooth we decided to drive away with 2 cars.

If you’re looking for express service, this is probably not the dealer for you. That said, at age 76 I have yet to experience an express service at any dealership. But if you want the job done right, Lexus of Northborough should be your dealership. Courteous staff and a very comfortable customer lounge with self-service refreshments are a plus. Should you experience a rare lengthy warranty service, the dealership provides a hassle-free courtesy car. Occasional emails offer coupon service deals and vehicle upgrade offers. Bottom line, this dealership has the best service department I have ever experienced.

Got inspection sticker. Car came backed washed and cleaned. Service people were professional and the waiting area clean and comfortable with newspapers, magazines and snacks available.

Good service needs to be acknowledged. Service at Lexus of Northborough is always excellent. The service managers are knowledgeable, the repairs are well explained, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

Val was very easy to work with professional, with a good sense of humor. We felt comfortable doing business at Northborough Lexus And look forward to doing business in the future.

For someone that will only service my vehicle with Lexus...Lexus of Northborough is hands-down the best Lexus dealership east of the Mississippi River! How any one place can manage to concentrate so many competent and qualified workers in the same place is beyond me! Every part of your experience from the moment you pull into the bay...to the end of your service will be absolutely delightful! Bravo!

Had a minor cliche with communication with Enform, But Northborough staff were on top of it. They instantly took care of all I needed. They made the process easy and stress free. Everyone treated me with consideration and kindness knowing I was leaving my new car back in their care. They communicated with me frequently about options and updates. I highly recommend my team.
