Happy birthday to me!
Stopped in to test drive and hopefully find a replacement for my 2011 Lexus RX350. Eugene found 3 cars for us to try out. I settled on one car that had all of the bells and whistles I was looking for and we ended up purchasing AND bringing it home the same day. truth in what is presented
Arrived out of the blue asked about specific models for sale. 2 presented, the one I picked all the info given was right on. the Salesman Eugene was friendly and very helpful. Went home checked on line made an offer he helped me obtain what I needed. Next morning all done and home in 1hr. 45 min. with extended warranty at a very reasonable price by Kevin also very nice and helpful. My 4th. car from here. Need I say more.

Service
I find the dealership service level is slipping. A number of service advisers have left recently and I don’t believe their replacements are as knowledgeable or as client focused.. I have bought 2 cars there and have them serviced there for years. If my experience continues I will have to find another option.

Paint repair under warranty
I purchased my RX 350 a year and a half ago at Lexus Northborough. A few months ago, I noticed paint peeling from my rear bumper. Having no records at purchase of this car being in any accidents, I contacted Northborough and explained my concerns. The dealership arranged for my car to be picked up and a loaner brought to me - I live 1 1/2 hours away! and the paint repair handled immediately. I just got my car back today and Northborough once again, delivered my car - WITH a full tank of gas and picked up the loaner! Painless, easy and so wonderful to work with. My experience at this dealership has been wonderful and I LOVE my Lexus. I have a 2013 RX350 and I too, hate the new grill on the Lexus (and some other "improvements" they made to the RX350 as well) so I am hoping and praying that when it is time to get a new car, Lexus will GO BACK to the classier look on the front. The new look is way too sporty for a luxury car. In any event - thank you Lexus of Northborough for always exceeding expectations!
