Great service as always.

I have delt with Scott Clark Toyota and Justin Bustle, in particular, for ten years. I have had two Toyotas the whole time and would not take my cars anywhere else. Justin is a pleasure to deal with and always makes me glad I brought my cars in. I have never been pressured to have any work done. When work is needed it is explained as to why it is needed. When I say not now, that has always been the end of it.

Excellent Service

I am so glad that Archie Newton is back with Scott Clark Toyota. He is such a professional and always pleasant and courteous. He is definitely the best and always honest which is so refreshing. I was there to get the regular maintenance done on my car and I was in and out in no time. Thanks Archie you are truly the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice facility!

This was my first time at Scott Clark Toyota. I had just relocated to Charlotte and went to get my oil changed. Very nice facility, very helpful and cheerful people. Wesley Rasmussen took care of me, and explained all the work done on my car. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Complimentary car wash, and I was on my way.

Crystal Kush rocks!!!!

Crystal gets me in and out of there in record time and always is upfront with me about what I need. Would definitely recommend her as a great service writer.

Excellent experience with Alex Alegria!

I came in to get my 5,000 mile service and check on a fuel gauge issue. I was helped by Alex Alegria. He was outstanding. He was patient and very thorough when listening to and answering my questions. He went way above and beyond to explain every detail of the fuel gauge issue and then went out of his way to check on my warranty information to see if the costs would be covered. Not only did he address the issue I went in for, but he also asked if there were any other issues that he should look into. I told him that I had had a problem with the locks not working, so he looked into that as well. After a thorough inspection, he told me what the problem was and outlined a clear plan for fixing it in a way that was convenient for me. He set me up in an excellent rental car and gave me several options for when I could have the labor done. After I got those two issues taken care of, he contacted the warranty company to see if those two problems would be covered. He worked so hard to get all of the right information. It turned out that both issues were covered under my warranty. After all of that was finished, he even looked into various deals for getting my tires changed. He gave me a full breakdown of the cost for several different tires and also explained how I could get a mail-in rebate for part of the cost. Alex is truly a great employee. It is rare to have someone truly look after you that well. When I need work done on my car in the future, I will certainly bring it back to Alex.

Thank You For Honest Assessment

When my Prius V wouldn't start you can't image my concern. I have never had trouble with my car in all the years I owned it. AAA towed my car to Scott Clark and I waited for the bad news. Instead I received a wonderful call from Pete Acree telling me that the blanket I used to transport pine bark had gotten caught in the tailgate causing my light to stay on and drain the 12 volt battery. AAA had tried to charge it but it would hold the charge. The service crew at Scott Clark got it charged and drove it several times throughout the day to make sure it would start each time. Pete said I was good to go. Not further problems expected. What a relief. Thank you!

15,000 mile 2014 Tundra Service

Upon arriving to the service garage I was met at the entrance and my apt was confirmed. In a few minutes met with Asst Srvc Mgr William Carrol. William handled the routine service efficiently and took the time to investigate some under carriage noise I had been hearing. One of the techs, Jose' and I took the truck out and didn't hear the noise I had been hearing. Something during the routine maintenance must have corrected the problem. They washed the truck and had me out of their in just over 60 min.

Awesome as usual.

Archie Newton is the best service technician. He is always courteous and friendly. He knows the answer to anything you ask and if he does not he will find out.

Excellent Service

I bought my 2013 Camry from Scott Clark's Toyota and have had it serviced here every time it's due. My Service Advisor is Marshall Moore and he is the best! Always tells me exactly what needs to be done. He is dependable, responsible, trustworthy and friendly. I have sent numerous people to Marshall over the years and they all agree. I highly recommend Scott Clark's and Marshall Moore!
