This was a great and fast experience. "J.R."...

This was a great and fast experience. "J.R." was courteous, friendly, and very helpful, NO HIGH PRESSURE. The sale went very smoothly and I was very pleased with the way I was handled and the speed of the transaction. I would definately recommend anyone to Scott Clark, and in particular to "J.R. Raulerson as the salesman. Thanks!!!!

I have known Billy for over 15 years. As soon as I realized he worked for Scott Clark Toyota, I requested that he help me with all service related matters regarding my Sequoia. He is reliable and honest with me and my wife when we need service work done on our car. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

James Rucker lied to me about a referral bonus for...

James Rucker lied to me about a referral bonus for steering my daughter to your dealership to buy a 2011 Toyota Highlander. He consistently ignored my text messages and phone calls when I called to inquire about when I might expect the bonus. Although I might feel comfortable referring individuals to the dealership, I would certainly recommend that they avoid James Rucker as a salesperson. I spoke with a customer service representative on February 28, 2012 and shared my concerns with him at that time. James Rucker had previously indicated to me that this was something that he had discussed with his supervisor Jimmy Cline. I was told that I would receive the bonus on February 10, 2012. I have yet to receive the bonus and James Rucker has made no effort to contact me to the contrary.

I used to be very skeptical about taking my car to get...

I used to be very skeptical about taking my car to get serviced at a dealer.  I thought it would be very expensive and would always feel like I was being "sold to" constantly.  Crystal Terry has changed my view forever (or at least for Scott Clark Toyota).  Since I purchased my Sienna over 7 years ago I have come to Crystal Terry for my auto service needs.  I have found Crystal Terry and her team of mechanics to be honest and always do a great job with both preventative maintenance as well as necessary repairs (when needed).  In fact, I also bring my Lexus RX 330 to Crystal Terry for maintenance as I have found the cost to be almost 1/2 of what I used to pay at the Lexus dealer.  Thanks for talking care of me!

Archie Newton is the reason I have had all my vehicles serviced at Scott Clark's Toyota over the past 11 years. As an assistant Service Manager, Archie represents himself and the dealership as a dependable professional. He has consistently expressed genuine concern for my schedule and inconvenience and has taken extra care to assure my complete satisfaction with any / all work done to my vehicles. He takes whatever time necessary to explain my options regarding maintenance needs and repairs and to assure that I understand the associated cost of each job. The 3 gentlemen, Robert, Daniel & Peter that worked...

The 3 gentlemen, Robert, Daniel & Peter that worked with me at Scott Clark's Toyota have totally changed my opinion of salesman at car dealerships & I can honestly say I will probably never buy a car from anywhere else again. Having worked in retail, I know the importance of GREAT customer service and the service I received at Scott Clark Toyota was above & beyond. It was such a relief to feel like someone is genuinely more concerned with my needs as a buyer than their needs as the seller to just make a sale. Robert contacted me shortly after an interest survey I completed on the internet and spoke with my boyfriend. I am usually extremely busy so I typed in my boyfriend’s cell number on accident and it was probably one of my best mistakes to date because it was his opinion and communication with Robert that was the deciding factor in my trip to Scott Clark Toyota. Knowing my opinions on car dealerships my boyfriend told me that in the little time he spoke with Robert he did not get the impression that he was the typical car salesman. He said that Robert sounded determined to get me exactly what I wanted & needed and never sounded pushy or overwhelming. So I decided to take a trip to Scott Clark Toyota and meet Robert just to see if he could work anything out. I currently had a Mazda 3 that's engine had......well let's just say “quit on me”. I had some negative to get rid of and a lot of other dealers did not seem optimistic about this or they wanted me to walk out with a payment higher than I felt comfortable with. When I arrived Robert was friendly, informative and honestly inquisitive to my needs and wants in my purchase. He made us feel like welcomed guests at a friends home by giving us the “lay of the land”. He then introduced my boyfriend and me to Mr. Daniel Decicco. From the gate Daniel was not the average Customer Service Rep. He was personable, friendly & genuine. He didn't jump straight to a sales pitch he asked about me, my wants & needs in a car and what my terms were. We looked at the Toyota Corolla S's that they had on the lot and then Daniel asked if I'd like to test drive one. My biggest no-no at a dealer is driving the car because I am then extremely upset if it doesn’t work out and I don’t take that car home. When I told Daniel this he assured me this would not be the case. So after some contemplation I decided to take the test drive. Of course I was hooked. I loved the Corolla. It drove great, was the perfect size and had great gas mileage. Daniel then work with me to get the best deal with the terms I was comfortable with. I didn’t feel pushed into a decision or overwhelmed with information that didn’t pertain to me and my purchase. After Daniel presented me with the terms I wanted he informed me that I was taking the Corolla home that day, no test drive disappointment! I was then introduced to Finance Manager Peter Moreno who was the perfect ending to my customer experience. He explained everything to me in terms I understood and made sure I left with the knowledge and coverage I needed. Now, anyone who knows me finds it hard to believe that I would “ENJOY” my time at a dealership; however Scott Clark Toyota has made a believer out of me yet!! I am unbelievable happy with my purchase & my customer experience. I have told all of my family & friends that the only place they should buy from is Scott Clark Toyota and I gladly stick by my word!! Thanks again Robert, Daniel and Peter for all your help!!

I had recently been involved in an accident, and my insurance company totaled my vehicle. I was waiting for a settlement check to arrive, but I had to do some car shopping. Because of the amount of driving I do, I was interested in a Toyota Prius. I began by surfing the web, and based on a friend's experience, checked out Scott Clark's Toyota. I saw some vehicles I was interested in and sent a query to them. Robert Van Alstyne replied to my email within 10 minutes or so. I decided to go visit the dealership on Sunday. I met Robert and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and sincerity. He was not a stereotypical salesman just trying to make a sale. He listened to me and found several previously-owned vehicles to consider. I took a test drive and was impressed by Robert's ability to answer my questions. At no time did I feel pressured. If Robert didn't have a clear answer for a question, he found others to give me the answers I needed. After considering my options, I decided to purchase a new Prius instead. Robert found just the vehicle for my wife and me to consider, and took another test drive, this time with my wife at the wheel. We were sold! Robert obtained favorable financing for us, and we worked with Tony Lowder in the Financing department to close the deal. I still did not have my settlement check, and there was no problem. I literally walked out of the dealership with a new car, and dropped off the down-payment check two days later. Shelby King went over all of the features of our new Prius and even paired our cell phones with the vehicle. I have already decided that my next vehicle will come from Scott Clark's Toyota. They have a superb staff, and Robert, Tony, and Shelby did an exceptional job for us.

I had started my new car search at another dealership...

I had started my new car search at another dealership that I'd purchased 4 other new cars from in the past and wasn't able to make a deal there. I reached out to Daniel online and we then spoke on the phone. He encouraged me to come in and let them view my trade in. I decided to go in on 12/31 probably the busiest day of the year and yet was greeted at the front desk with a smile by the staff who called Daniel. Daniel showed me around and then we test drove a few SUVsIt took me a while to make my mind up and he had to go back and forth a few times to the money guys but we were able to work out a deal that made me happy. I appreciate his willingness to help and patience with me while I made my mind up. I'd purchase another from Daniel and Scott Clarks Toyota. Thanks Brent C - Gastonia NC
