I am usually a tiger when it comes to closing a car deal. My friends and relatives want me there so they do not get ripped off! At Scott Clarks I was given a great deal on the car I wanted. It was so easy and fair it was shocking! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants friendly, no hassle, great treatment. I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership. I went to Scott Clarks Toyota Scion to trade in my scion...

I went to Scott Clarks Toyota Scion to trade in my scion TC if I was given a good deal. The moment that I walked in I was treated like a valued customer. The whole experience was wonderful and informative. Steve was very personable and made me feel very confortable. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

My wife and I walked in the store having had poor...

My wife and I walked in the store having had poor experiences with a Toyota dealership in suburban Philadelphia and a Lexus dealership in Princeton, NJ. We were convinced we would never buy another Toyota, but stopped in because we were comparing cars. Our experience proved us wrong. From the bottom up the people made the difference. There are many competitively priced, well built cars to choose from. We decided on the Toyota because of the people, their attitude and the "feeling" of the dealership. While the insurance agent was not needed, he did assist with obtaining my insurance policy number. The finance manager was realistic and helpful. We will recommend the dealership to friends.

The first salesman, James Rucker, was extremely extremely...

The first salesman, James Rucker, was extremely extremely unprofessional and just rude to my husband and myself. I would never recommend him to anyone I knew! He should not represent a dealership, which is known for great service. He insulted my integrity by wanting to run my credit first and to find out what type of payment I wanted. I was there to purchase a vehicle for my daughter who attends college. I specifically asked to see the two vehicles I had called about earlier - both being older model Hondas. My husband and I just bought both a Lexus 460 and a Mercedes SLK 350, so we definitely did not have credit or financial issues. He even say to me, "I don't tell you how to do your job and you should not try to tell me mine. I am trying to figure out what type of payment you want and I need to complete this paperwork first." He also advised we could work with someone else and I readily accepted. Nate was a breathe of fresh air and he took us directly to the two cars we wanted to see and we did purchase one of the two! He was very professional and I understand how he is the #1 salesman. I would recommend Nate to others without any hesitation. James level of service could have cost the dealership a sale, but thank goodness for Nate!

We are so happy with our new cars! Yes... cars ! We came...

We are so happy with our new cars! Yes... cars ! We came in to buy another car for our daughter, because her old one was hot-wired and stolen from her school parking lot a couple of weeks before Christmas. We ended up buying a newer model for my husband as well! Robert, Stephen, and Michelle always had smiles on their faces! Even after working so hard to make us so happy! They answered all of our questions, and worked endlessly to make sure we were pleased; especially after having to deal with such a picky person like me! It was such a pleasure doing business with all of you! We couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you all so much! Best Wishes for a wonderful new year! My experience at Scott Clark Toyota was superb! Timothy spent time with me to make sure that I got the car that I loved at a price that would fit in my budget. He made the overall experience wonderful. In addition, Michelle took the time to explain my options during the finance portion of the sale. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely return for my next car purchase!!

George was really great. We were interested in the Rav4...

George was really great. We were interested in the Rav4 so George showed us all the different models. He explained absolutely everything, all the great gadgets on the inside, right down to the tires and the headlights on the outside. We never felt rushed or pressured but quite comfortable. He gave us a tour of the dealership which was very informative. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Even the paperwork wasn't that bad. We were very happy about our purchase but even happier about our salesman.

Worked with Tim to test drive and buy a used, 2009 Camry in November. The whole experience went smoothly and I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota in the North Carolina area. Overall, prices were low, staff were upfront and honest, and the car runs great.

Car buying is very stressful. The team at Scott Clark Toyota worked with us to get us to a comfort level with the commitment. They were friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate the time and patience they gave us. We felt we got a really good car at a really good price. I want to make a special mention of our salesman, Travis. He is a good person to deal with. I would not hesitate to work with him again on future purchases and feel comfortable recommending him to friends and family.

Both my wife and myself found dealing with RG was an...

Both my wife and myself found dealing with RG was an overall GREAT expierence. We both dred the car "haggle" and I worked with RG via email and when we met in person there was not any hidden messages. Everything that was talked about and expected was waiting for us when we got in that morning to sign papers. This was by far the most positive car buying expierence we have had and I would recommed RG to anybody!
