Curtis Lanier was the salesperson who walked us through the entire car buying experience. Not only was the deal great, but he also understood our reluctance to part with that much money. He waited for for us to become comfortable. When we returned our deal was still there. He helped us transfer all of our belongings (including our son's disability equipment) from our old van to our purchase. Excellent work Curtis!

We live in Tennessee, but shopped in Charlotte via phone because both our children live there. This dealership makes the process seamless by taking care of all out-of-state title, licensing requirements, and sales taxes. Travis made the experience very pleasant. We wanted a specific color and interior, and although there wasn't any at their location, he found one for us very quickly. He followed up all verbal conversations and price quotes with emails and also follow-up phone calls. Furthermore, there was no bait and switch as with other dealers. What we agreed upon was what we got. We made an appointment to pick up our new car within a 2-hour time frame, and when we arrived, our car was detailed and waiting for us. We felt we could trust Travis because if he didn't know something, he admitted it, and tried to find the answer -- unlike others who will tell you whatever they think you want to hear. The only reason I rated the price as "good" is because we absolutely despise buying a new car, and we never feel as though we get a "great" price.

This is by far the nicest dealership I have ever been to and the fastest , easiest experiance I have ever had in buying a car . I worked with Lance and Travis , no hassel , no back and forth , no pressure to buy . Ask for them , they will make you feel special !!

I have never used a large car dealership, and honestly...
I have never used a large car dealership, and honestly felt like all car salesman were the same - my expereince has always been that the salesman just want to make a sale and don't really care what the customers needs or want are. The salesmen at this dealership clearly have a job to do and that job is to sell cars, but by the same token, they made sure that my needs and wants were taken care of. I spoke with Travis by phone and told him that I would follow up, and when I didn't he called me, but wasn't pushy, which I appreciated. All of the pre-work was done quickly and when I went to look at cars, I met Lance. The two of them are an absolute riot. They made the positive experience I was having that much better. Everyone I encountered really showed what great customer service is, and that is not the norm these days. I visited another dealer while searching for a car, and the experience was not the same at all. I had no idea there was a delivery coordinator - really makes the customer feel special. She was just as excited for me as I was for myself. I'm not sure if this position is full time, but this lady needs to be on the front lines in some capacity for this dealership. Her enthusiasm and friendliness is priceless. I work at a retail corporate office, and I think I am more critical because I know what is expected of us in relation to customer service. Lance, Travis, Tony, and Vernita are terrific. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

Tim was very knowledgeable. His professionalism was only surpassed by his ability to communicate and listen to our needs. We really enjoyed the experience and car shopping is not high on our list of things to do. I would recommend Tim and Scott Clark toyota to my friends and relatives.

Can you say the deal of the year... not only did I get...
Can you say the deal of the year... not only did I get great service, a great price, but the overall TEAM that worked with me to get the job done was awesome. I started out working with RG who was very friendly and helped me until he needed the big guns... so in jumped Robby and Jim. They worked with me to make the deal happen... working with me on my trade-in and the overall purchase price of the very difficult to find Sequoia... I honestly did not think the deal would get done and had mentally moved to my second choice. However Robby kept the lines of communication open and tried and tried... even pushing his boss (and it was not the cheezy sales nonsense either...). And I found out that Robby is good friends with good friends of my wife and I, so I truly know he was doing his best to get the deal done... and then finally, the deal was done...! So in stepped Mike Black who helped me transition from my trade-in to the new Sequoia... he called the insurance company, transferred the tags and had all paperwork being completed while I hung out at the "tower" talking to Robby and Jim... For those of you that have tried to buy a Sequoia know the process... but these guys made it fun and friendly! I would and will do business there again... my wife needs a new mini-van... Sienna is looking good for a fall purchase... Thanks to Robby, Jim, RG and Mike... and Peter in finance team was great too... and don't forget the young lady who assisted me in taking delivery of the car... very, very easy all around!

Our experience at Scott Clark Toyota was nothing but pleasurable (as much as buying a new car could be for us!) I had been interested in a Prius for a couple of years, due to several criteria: 1. My husband's tall "upper" body that won't let him even get in most new vehicles 2. Moderate cost with the most options 3. Environment friendly and low gas mileage 3. Cross-over or hatchback to carry my string bass. But the recent media "hype" had me worried.and the fact that I had always been a GM gal. Steve Carlton at Scott Clark Toyota first answered our e-mails promptly, giving us the figures outright that other dealers were hesitant or failed to produce. We visited Scott Clark Toyota after doing our research and visited Steve Carlton, who gave up his lunch (that's real dedication!!) to show us several vehicles, leading up to the Prius (the order we asked to see them in!). He put our mind at ease about their service policies, and my concerns about the recent Prius recall. There was nothing left to do, but to "seal the deal", and eveyone we dealt with the rest of the afternoon were nothing but professional, courteous, and a joy! We love the Prius!! And we have already reccomended Scott Clark and Steve Carlton to our friends!

I recently bought a new Toyota Matrix from Scott Clarks Toyota City in Charlotte, NC and I could not have had a better experience! Travis Wilson and Lance Black were so friendly, helpful, and understanding. The facility was beautiful, clean, and just made you want to buy a new car! This was my first experience in buying a new car as I have always bought used and I have to say I will never go back to buying used again and if I do I will buy it from Scott Clarks! They really work with you and your schedule and budget to put you in the car YOU want. I had my heart set on a bright red matrix and was so dissapointed that it was not available at that location. They went out of their way and found me a brand new red matrix and had it delivered the next day! Everyone on the staff there is so nice and knowledgeable. They do work really hard to earn your business and it shows! I love my new car and will definitely use Scott Clarks again in the future!

We just traded our 2009 for a 2010 Camry and it was a pleasure dealing with Scott Clarke Toyota. This was the second time Tim Wright was there to help us. Even though we were perfectly satisfied with our 2009, we wanted an upgrade to leather seats. Tim as usual was extremely helpful and we never once felt pressured or that we were taking up his time in choosing colors, etc. This dealership's service department is a pleasure. They are courteous, helpful and it is so wonderful to take your car in for service and walk out to a loaner car waiting for you. Thank you so much Scott Clark.
