My experience was not good. Deceptive (or oblivious) salesman told me he got manager preapproval for a 7K discount on a new expedition. When I arrived at the dealership to place the order the discount disappeared, but the salesman said “we like you so we will extend to a private offer … 2K off). Complete disregard for ethics and for customers.

Lewis was VERY good to deal with we worked through a couple of options between new and used vehicles . Spiraled in on one and the through a comedy of errors it was not available. I searched other 5 Star lots and found one I wanted. Lewis went and got it that day. We took possession that evening. Chris in Finance was fast, efficient and SMART about the transaction. Customized it to our liking.
