The dealership is clean. All of the people that we encountered were helpful and friendly. Alfred is the best sales man ever and Tut is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I just purchased my fourth vehicle from Five Star Ford, and once again, the experience reminded me why I continue to come back. This time, we purchased a Ford Bronco for my wife, and the entire team made the process seamless from beginning to end. A special thank you to Alfred, who has been my sales professional each time. As always, Alfred did a fantastic job. He knows how I like to do business, makes the process easy, and consistently provides the level of service that keeps me coming back. I also want to congratulate David on his promotion to Director of Finance. It was great seeing him and having the opportunity to catch up. Congratulations, David—well deserved! David handed me off to Adel to close out the financing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Adel may be new to the Five Star family, but by the time we finished, he felt like a brother. He took the time to walk me through my financing options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before we finalized the deal. What can I say 10 out of 10 experience great my sales guy was Alfred. Very nice man explain everything without a question. He answered it. It was a very long and 'stressfull day. We had been rear ended on the interstate on Friday, I spent monday and tuesday getting estimates and everyone said it should be totaled but could not garurntee it but with the frame bent they suggested looking for a car. I went to 5 star and talked to Alfred, the best salesman on the floor. He listened and we looked at a few cars, and brought back a lease and purchase. while the lease was good till i knew that the car would total I was hesitant, Alfred got his boss and we discussed and his commented that i was a long and valued customer and I only had about 8 months on payments that they maybe could flip it and i would not have to deal with the insurance at all. So they went to bat for me and were successful in making it happen. I would give Alfred and everyone that helped 10stars if I could.

Transaction was made easy and pleasant. From Stephanie Hunter to Alfred El Darazi to finance. All of them made the experience enjoyable.

I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am for the help this dealership and Jason Howell gave me. They are truly there to help people get in the vehicles they want. Alfred was absolutely amazing! After totaling our car, we spent weeks searching for a new one and had such a frustrating experience with the back-and-forth at other dealerships. My son purchased a truck - has had the truck for less than 3 weeks and 3 of the 4 tires have bubbled up on him last weekend- he has made multiple calls to the dealership with no help! There is no way those tires should've passed their inspection - if they even did one! Update: They finally agreed to replace the tires after 5 days of missed work because he couldn't drive the truck.

Beware a bunch of crooks in this dealership steer completely clear of this place when looking for used vehicles.
