Prior to stepping foot in the dealership, I was greeted by Joselyn via phone. Every moment of the process was neither rushed nor pressured. I wanted to test drive and inspect a new vehicle prior to purchasing. Even after informing her that I needed at least a week prior to giving up any personal information, she still patiently waited and treated me as though I was making the purchase that day. When it came time to purchase, I was greeted much like the first time with 5 star customer service. Joselyn made the process seamless. I almost wanted to go back up there to pretend to buy another car just because of how pleasant and easy-going she was. Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills, Texas has been the best experience purchasing vehicles, throughout the past seven years. I currently work construction, have been for half a decade now. As work continued to increase life got stressful everything was going as planned but there was something that weren't right. Ding Ding Ding! Bells and lights were going off. Umm Hmm, " YOU NEED A BIGGER VEHICLE ", midsize sedan was my first choice, try piling materials, power tools, and at times heavy machinery into a 2016 Ford Focus hatchback, extremely challenging.
