While maintenance took much longer than expected, Dan provided excellent customer service. He walked over to me in the waiting room, rather than just call out my name and wait for me to come to his desk. Dan also kept me up to date on the progress of my car. The dealership itself is newly renovated, comfortable and clean.

Associate Jamie Kubacki did a first-rate job advising me

Associate Jamie Kubacki did a first-rate job advising me on the steps required to repair my air-conditioning system, as well as the total cost of the required repair work, both in terms of parts and labor. Rather than simplify the process, she explained it in less complex terms for a customer with limited knowledge of auto repair procedures. She deserves to be inducted into the Sloane Honda Hall of Fame! Might want to sweeten the old pay packet, too, for a job well done. Frank Dougherty, Germantown, 10-year loyal customer.

I love the place.

I love the place. I have been leasing my Hondas at Sloane since 2004. I have been 100% satisfied. My salesman for the past 4 cars has been Larry Walsh and he has been very helpful. It has been an excellent experience and expect my next one in 2026. As for service, they are excellent in every aspect. I expect they will try to oversell a bit, but that is their job. The service staff and mechanics are 1st class. I will pay a little more for their service.
