So far so good. Bought my car last year, took it in for service last week. Extremely helpful. All work done promptly, comfortable waiting area, minimal charge, no complaints from me. I'll be back.

Had my Honda Civic in on 6/5 at 10:00 AM for a new condenser and compressor shaft seal (diagnosed the week before) - both covered under the extended warranty. My service rep was Dan McCarthy. I've dealt with Dan in the past and have never had any negative issues with him in any regard. I left the vehicle and was driven home via Uber, as is their customer transport method. Everything went well and I had my car back by 4:15 PM,

The deal went through as expected. We were a bit surprised that the value of our trade in included the bicycle rack ( it was rusty and bent) but no big issue. Alex was a helpful and enjoyable salesperson to work with.
