very personable.

My car broke and Steven was a great help. This was my second time car shopping. I was already unhappy that I needed a car and he made my mother and I feel comfortable unrestricted and not pressured. he made himself available and was straight forward at all times. No xx . Mr. green helped with the paperwork he broke everything down and made sure I understood everything that needed to be signed. I left with a clear conscious and not hoping that I did the right thing.

Excellent experience with purchase and service.

I took my Nissan Altima in for the 5000 mile service. My sales consultant Troy Ingram had contacted once again seeing how everything was going and to remind me of the upcoming service. He told me just to bring it in and talk with Mike Redwine. I did this and was met with the utmost courtesy. Just a little info was requested and I was on my way back to the customer waiting area. In just a short time Mike was calling my name reporting everything was ready. I returned to my car which I add was also washed a satisfied customer. My total experience so far has been wonderful and look forward to future visits...

Great service

I have been coming to this location for service since I bought my first Nissan Altima in June of 2000.I have seen a lot of service advisors come and go but Bobby Jackson is one of the best. He is very prompt,very knowledgeable and very courteous.He is a true professional.Bobby is one of the reasons that I bought my second Altima in 2009.

Murano purchase

Our advisor was Asheesh Pathak and he did an excellent job. Very personable and forthcoming. The process itself was smooth. Dealership is one I hope to work well with for my term of vehicle ownership. I certainly hope service at this dealership goes just as smoothly.

Great customer service at Scott Clark Nissan

I went to Scott Clark Nissan to get an estimate on my Nissan Altima which was under a lease. We worked with Troy Ingram who spent half his Saturday working with us. We were not planning to purchase a car that day but we left with a Nissan Rouge. We told him exactly what we were looking for and included our budget range. He worked really hard to earn our business. I was very very pleased with him and will be recommending him to others.

Review on Nissan Pathfinder buy

Brandon Hunt has helped me with the overall process of buying my Nissan Pathfinder. He was very helpful in giving as much information as possible in regards to the Nissan Pathfinder. His patience and helping behavior was much appreciated. I had some negative experiences with a finance person, as he was not helpful at all and was behaving as if he was doing me a favor instead of assisting me. However Brandon helped me by putting me in a better situation by making me talk with another finance person. Good job Brandon, keep it up!!.

COUNTRY LOVE SHOWN TO THE CITY GIRL

My friends and I decided to drive down to ATL for the labor weekend and vacation. We took my 2007 NISSAN ALTIMA, which I recently had minor work done prior to my trip (front tires replaced, oil changed, and new brakes). I never had the check engine light come on in all the 4 yrs that I've had the vehicle. I have driven this vehicle up and own 95/85 from Boston to ATL. I'm originally from NY/NJ, but was making frequent trips to MD, VA, NC over the past couple yrs. Needless to say, my car had trouble on the highway in Charlotte, and after going to a few auto shops to get answers/service, I dropped in to Scott Nissan. The entire team showed this up North chick the true meaning of Southern hospitality. There are some great people there; Brandon Hunt helped me get into my new V (she's a beauty and she rides nice), Milton Andrews (if my memory serves me right) also helped to explain the cost/billing/financing factor, and he had some sharp @$$ shoes...lol. Thanks to Kaysha, Brian, Orlando, and many more just for the smiles while walking by. I was for sure that my vacay would be ruined, my friends would have to rent a car to drive to ATL by themselves, I would have to rent one to drive back to up north, and then still shell out dumb dollars for another Vehicle. Boy was I in for the shock of my life, people still can't believe I went on vacation, and came back with a new whip! What a tale to tell..

Not just a dealership

First let me say right from the get-go that I have an intense loathing for car shopping. I actually prefer a surgical procedure to having to deal with it. That was, until I had the pleasure of meeting Dave Gibbs at Scott Clark Nissan. He wasn't like the salesmen I have experienced in the past. He actually took the time to find out what we wanted in a new car rather than try to unload one on us. Everyone we met that day at Scott Clark Nissan was very friendly and eager to help in any way they could. I cannot recommend the dealership and it's employees any higher than to say, I will be back the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

Quality customer service and attention.

I was searching for a quality used Nissan Titan with low miles, happened to run across Scott Clark Nissan online and found the vehicle that I was looking for. I called to make an inquiry and Darren Chapman gladly accepted the challenge. I drove from another state to purchase my used Titan. Darren Chapman did an excellent job in dealing with my stubbornness and I thank him for hanging in there because it worked out for the both of us.

Very friendly, everyone asking if we need anything

Dave Gibbs went beyond the call of duty to make our experience enjoyable and thorough. We went to see a particular truck noted on line. We talked several times and determined a meeting time. He researched the truck, he was knowledgeable about all of our questions. He was very personable and honest with our many questions. We don't change vehicles often and we felt he totally understood our needs in obtaining what we wanted within our given budget. We felt Dave was put in a difficult position during finalizing the purchase. Of no fault of his own, we felt uncomfortable in that he had to take the offer to another person to come back for more negotiating several times. This back & forth between a salesman that we had become familiar and had established a good working relationship and someone we never saw, telling him to require more money negated the dealership's "customer service" qualities for what was perceived by us as the pay price being the main focus. We will recommend Dave to friends that are vehicle shopping and will definitely call him with our future vehicle needs. Also, Amanda, the fiance director was a delight to work with. She explained everything succinctly and it was a real pleasure to work with her. She is an expert in her job and a super personable person in doing her job. Thank you for the opportunity to express our thoughts and concerns that was a part of our buying experience.
