Happy customer
After purchasing a used Honda Accord and only having it for three months, I quickly learned that it wasn't the right vehicle for my family and I for various reasons. The most important not having leather seats especially when having two small children under the age of 6. I did some research and decided to go visit Scott Clark Nissan to purchase another used vehicle but instead walking out with a 2014 Nissan Altima. That alone should speak for their customer service. Darren Chapman was an excellent sales representative, I also had the pleasure of working with Mike Fernandez, I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. Just walking in lifted a weight off of your shoulder due to the friendly staff and atmosphere. They worked diligently to get me what I wanted to make sure that I left extremely happy not even giving me a chance to reconsider having to make another vehicle change in the next three months. John Green in finance was very professional and was sure to explain everything to me to its entirety answering any questions that I may of had without any hesitation. I will definitely be recommending the Scoot Clark Nissan Family to anyone looking for a vehicle. Keep up the superb work!!

AWESOME STAFF!
Let's face it cars pretty much sell themselves. A potential buyer narrows it down to a few models or a specific vehicle type. Dealerships merely stock the name brand, and provide a selection of vehicle types, in some cases service for the vehicles too. I have purchased many vehicles, roughly 10, from the Scott Clark's Toyota dealerships. I've brought in 5 relatives that purchased. I have sent at least 50 people that I know, there to see for themselves how easy it is to buy a vehicle, and at a fair price. Additionally, I have referred literally hundreds of other people to the Scott Clark's facilities. The family friendly atmosphere and expertise of the staff is what continues to gain respect from all who share the car buying experience. In fact, Marty Abernathy, was formerly located at their Toyota dealership, and hand selected to run their Nissan dealership. Marty's knowledge, integrity and character, are the reason why I chose to buy another vehicle, a Nissan Pathfinder, last week. The folks at any Scott Clark's dealership, won't even try to sell you what you don't need. I place my trust in them, and I will continue as a patron for years to come. Extremely Satisfied
Jay Byrd and the rest of the team worked really hard to get me out of my upside down loan and into a brand new car, even though I did not get everything I wanted, I still left with a 2014 Nissan Altima and I am very satisfied. This is my third Nissan and as far as I am concerned I am a Nissan owner for life! Thanks to everyone at Scott Clark Nissan.

Bait and Switch! Horrible business ethics!
My husband and I both called numerous times to verify that the mustang we were looking for was there. JAY said,"we have the car in stock." We asked questions regarding that specific model and were told the car was there and to come look at it. We drove an hour to get there and then found out the car was never on the lot. There are five pictures on their website and auto trader with a price and description. We drove an hour to see that specific car they had advertised on two sites.I don't know how they can advertise a car that they never had on their lot. They also verified on the phone that they had it. We called three times before making the drive down there, all three times they did verify they had that car on the lot. This is horrible business ethics and bait and switch. We will never do business with any Scott Clark dealer after this experience.

Bought new Rogue.
Went in to look at a used car and Jay worked me out a great deal on a new Rogue for only $1400 more. Very low pressure and easy to deal with. The Sales Manager was nice and not high pressure. This was our first Nissan and like it very much.

We were very satisfied with our experience at Scott Clark Nissan. Our sales Consultant was Heather Harthorne. She was friendly and very impressive with her knowledge of the Pathfinder we looked at and bought. She answered all our questions, gave us her full attention and helped us through the process at the dealership. On a scale of 1-10, we would rate our experience a 10! Thank you Heather. Thank you also to everyone who helped us . We have bought many cars in the past. We found this dealership exceptional.

I love Scott Clark Nissan in Charlotte NC !!!!!
I went in to the dealership on May 13, 2014 and originally wanted a Used Nissan Maxima, however I test drove it and it wasn't all that I thought it was going to me. To my amazement, Jay Byrd put me in a 2014 Nissan Altima and I fell in love with it immediately! I didn't expect to lease a car that day but I did end up buying it thanks to him and the General Sales Manager Dawud Muhammad. I interacted with Brian Martin that night for financing and he was nice as well. Sandra Rivera showed me the features of the vehicle that day. The next day I had to go back, May 14, 2014 to bring some paperwork back and I was helped by Roman Shapovalov and also Marcy Caceres who also is a Delivery Coordinator. I would recommend Scott Clark Nissan on South Blvd. to anyone in Charlotte, NC that is looking for a car! They are great dealership to work with

Happy Customer
I had a pleasant experience and wasn't pressured in anyway. Sometimes you can go to a dealership and the customer service is absolutely rude, but at Scott Clark Nissan everyone was very professional and outstanding customer service. My sales lady " Ms. Tonya M. Blackwood" was outstanding we laughed and joked, smiled and so friendly. She deserves Kudos, continue keeping the potential customers comfortable.
