I bought a new truck in February 2025. The finance manager Brandon was very rude and pushy. He was by far the worst finance guy I have ever delt with. Finally, I had to tell him to stop his crap, or I would walk. He over charged me by 2000 dollars. It took me over 30 days to get my money back. Watch Brandon he is a slick willie. Then it took over 90 days for me to get a tag. When I would call the title department, I would leave a message they would not return my call. When I did get to talk with someone, they made excuses and gave me the run around no help at all. When I call the office manager he talked with me once and after that he would not return my calls. I call Nissan and they got involved and after week of them working with Scott Clark I got a tag. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever delt with from start to finish. I have drove Nissans for over 40 years great product. All I can say is buyers be careful when dealing with these people watch them close.

I went there today to have my vehicle service.
I went there today to have my vehicle service. And they told me that it would be a $125 to look at it. I hear bumper to bumper warkie on my car and they refuse to service it.

Nigel was very good at explaining the details of the online coupon--especially the small print which advises of additional charges. Nigel was very professional and empathetic to my point of view as he explained everything and advised me to review the scheduled maintenance in my owner's manual. I appreciate that--he is a good guy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the online coupon could be done better. From a customer's stand point the small print is like the practice known as "hidden fees."---but that is not his fault at all. Thanks Nigel for your part you gave 5 star service. Tell Mo that I really appreciate him too.

Nate the Great assisted us from the beginning! Greeted us and made us feel welcome! Zack helped us find some numbers that worked for our family! Ryan locked us in! The whole team worked well together and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase! I know im not the easiest to negotiate with but we met in the middle and it worked out! Ed showed us a variety of preowned Nissan Sentra's and provided us with the differences between them. In addition Ed also showed us new vehicles, highlighting their advantages. Scott Clark Nissan off of South Blvd, is the best place to get your car serviced. I know my car is in good hands when I go there. Mr. Nigel Young is awesome. He is a very professional service advisor. Nigel always make sure I have a full understanding of what's going on with my car. He always ensures me that everything will be taking care of, and it does. When I leave Scott Clark Nissan , I am happy because I know my car was serviced by good mechanics.
