Booked an oil change on the same day with super service and out on time.

From the salesmen to Rosco Robinson (sales manager) lie through their teeth. Don't trust them. My wife and I bought one of the salesmans 2024 Lexus IS 350 F sport with 4k miles on it. We found out through a body shop when we were having a small dent repaired it had been in an accident with substantial rear end damage. All they had to say about that was the Carfax was clean. Of course it was if the damage was paid for out of pocket. Don't trust IRA Subaru.

I had the best car buying experience ever. It started with Juan our sales person. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He asked us questions about our past cars in order to make sure that my choice was the best fit for me and my lifestyle. He was honest and transparent which I appreciated greatly. The Managers were extremely helpful and supportive of Juan which assisted in making the process go smoothly. We went in looking and to get some information and ended up buying a car a week later. In large part it was Juan who made that happen We had visited other dealerships after we left IRA Subaru before we decided to come back and buy. The level of service and excellence that we received at IRA Subaru set the bar so high that the other dealers simply could not match it Not only would I recommend IRA Subaru and Juan Gomez to friends and family. I already have. I had taken a few of his business cards so that I could recommend Juan and I have already given out a couple in just the last three days Great experience Good price. The service team was on time polite and professional. They told me the expected cost and answered all my questions. The waiting are was comfortable and provided refreshments.

Perfect service, easy to make an appointment, fast and high qualify repair. Very well organized. Better than in any other dealership. I always bring my car there even though it is farther from my home then other Subaru dealerships
