Our experience has been really pleasant and wonderful to say the least. Our sale was managed by Robert and Vasil. They were very patient in answering many of our questions. They were very prompt in all their responses, starting from our initial call. Even the post sales handover was very good. Robert was very patient in explaining all the features of the SUV. He ensured that awe and wow factor of the SUV. Vasil endured the entire process was smooth and was always paid immediate attention to certain things we pointed out after we saw our SUV. Certainly a beautiful experience indeed.

Chris was very nice very professional.

Chris was very nice very professional. I explained to him my connection for my car play was not working; service advised me to get a cord from Apple I will see if that fixes the problem. Naples Florida dealer ship always changes my windshield wiper blades when I have service; you did not even though I paid over $400 for my service that was disappointing. I would think Mercedes could afford to change the wiper blades for yearly service.

The best dealership I have been to. Starting with the salesperson, Aaron Pimental, it was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever experienced. He was a pleasure to work with. No hassle, no pressure , very courteous and cooperative!!

My car needed a complicated repair through an extended

My car needed a complicated repair through an extended warranty. Normally this will take a week. Andy who wrote up the repair order was able to get my repair done within 1 day!
