Overall experience was positive.

Overall experience was positive. However, I was a bit disappointed in the lack of communication regarding the dealership not being able to secure the original car I requested. It was only after I checked in on status of car, I was given information about my new vehicle, but it was a 2024. I am totally thrilled with my new vehicle after some negotiation, but the communication needs just a bit of work. Would have also been a nice touch to add the ceramic coating free of charge! Also want to add really impressed with Robert's knowledge of this car!
