The service manager was very courteous and customer

The service manager was very courteous and customer friendly. He found a loaner car when one was not available right away, kept me informed of the progress of the service and applied a couple of coupons to reduce the repair cost

Our expectations were surpassed by the exceptional level of professionalism and personal attention give to us by all staff members at Mercedes-Benz. First, Alex Shaparin (our sales person) was inviting, knowledgeable and efficient.
