The service I received on my most recent visit to Mercedes-Benz Princeton was fantastic. Brian from the service department kept in touch with me throughout the process, which made me feel like a valued customer. The repair that was done, replacing the front driver side seat cushion, came out terrific and was done with perfection. We have purchased four vehicles from them through the years and will continue to do so in the future.

Robert was friendly and a great teacher! I felt confident in using my vehicle right away thanks to him taking the time to walk me through how to use all of the features. . My first MB, treated warmly when i arrived, straight thru to the choosing a vehicle and purchase. Quick process (for a car purchase) and reasonably painless. Vasil Cherepania was really helpful and informative. After purchase Robert John Lisi was incredible, taking me thru the workings of the car and following up with an email with reminder video’s. Great experience.

Awesomeness he told me he is there for a month , his knowledge and experience I received felt like he has been there for years . He stood out to me he was on his way out to lunch and saw me and he pulled up my vehicle right away as i paid the bill it was already pulled up ready to go .
