I didn't work with Richard. I worked with Ian Fyffe and he was incredible!! (Well, Richard showed me the car upon my arrival to pick it up, and was very pleasant.) Now, back to Ian: I never thought I would utter these words when purchasing a car, but this was, hands down, the BEST experience I have EVER had dealing with a car salesperson. EVER. Ian is not pushy, service-oriented, a consummate professional, friendly, transparent and straight forward. My purchase was a a tad complicated as well and he made sure I knew and took advantage of every rebate possible as part of the purchase / trade-in. An outstanding experience without question. Thank you, Ian!!!

I had a very good buying experience from Princeton
I had a very good buying experience from Princeton Mercedes. This is convenient and a clean showroom. The staff was very friendly. Paul was very nice in providing the information, inventory, lists, conditions and price. He was very transparent and answered all questions calmly. Test drives, checking the car, condition was smooth and was a quick process. The financing, cost and documentation were super quick. All the concerns were addressed immediately and answered. Helped to make the decision easy. Richard: Helped with the vehicle details and the operations and information. He listened and answered all questions very patiently. He is very knowledgeable and knows everything about the systems, helping to understand the car and its functions. Overall it was amazing service and would recommend this dealership.
