You could have a better salesperson than Thomas Knobloch Jr He is personable, clear with providing information, responsive to needs you identify and which model might meet those needs. Thom was quick to respond to my calls and transparent about any time when he might not be available. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Richard Brittingham explained the many technical features of my car and I left the dealership feeling confident to operate the many options yet knew I could also reach him (or Thom) with any questions.
