Arno Orsini was courteous, and responsive in introducing
Arno Orsini was courteous, and responsive in introducing my husband and me to the GLC300W4 (We were replacing a 2017 BMW X3 which was written off in a collision). He quickly located an available vehicle en route to Baltimore by ship. The test drive demonstrated some advantages for me as primary driver that were lacking in the BMW. I felt at home in it right away...gear shifting on the steering column, comfortable climate control, and seat adjustments, blind spot alert, smooth and peppy ride. (Also a door much easier to open without swing back!) I was not so much at home with the screen based feature interface. Here is where Richard Brittingham provided patient orientation on the day of delivery, and then in a follow up concierge appointment, There is a lot to learn! Thanks Rich!

After taking our sprinter 3500 to another dealer 3 times
After taking our sprinter 3500 to another dealer 3 times for warranty covered issues and not getting our problems fixed, we had the opportunity to use the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. Aside from the very comforting feeling we got when talking to Andy Horne, we ended up having our issues fixed in just one visit! Needless to say when we need service or are in the market for a Mercedes, we will definitely go to Mercedes-Benz of Princeton first!
